企業(yè)關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)中知識(shí)共享問(wèn)題研究

【摘要】:隨著知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代的到來(lái),知識(shí)資源成為繼土地、勞動(dòng)力等物質(zhì)資本之后的又一重要生產(chǎn)要素,知識(shí)共享已逐漸成為整個(gè)知識(shí)管理的核心,對(duì)知識(shí)管理效果起著決定性作用。企業(yè)的知識(shí)共享對(duì)于提高企業(yè)的創(chuàng)新能力和核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力具有重要的意義,而基于競(jìng)爭(zhēng)與合作關(guān)系所建立的企業(yè)關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)為企業(yè)知識(shí)共享活動(dòng)的開(kāi)展提供了良好的平臺(tái)。因此,在企業(yè)關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)中研究知識(shí)共享問(wèn)題,能夠使人們對(duì)企業(yè)與企業(yè)之間的知識(shí)共享有一個(gè)更加清晰和全面的了解,同時(shí)也可以為企業(yè)間知識(shí)共享活動(dòng)的開(kāi)展提供更多的指導(dǎo)和支持。本文在研究企業(yè)關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)中的知識(shí)共享問(wèn)題過(guò)程中,將企業(yè)作為一個(gè)有限理性決策主體,通過(guò)比較強(qiáng)弱不同關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)下企業(yè)知識(shí)共享決策行為過(guò)程及其特點(diǎn),探討了企業(yè)與企業(yè)間的知識(shí)共享決策行為規(guī)律。考慮到處于網(wǎng)絡(luò)中的企業(yè)間的知識(shí)共享應(yīng)該以企業(yè)內(nèi)部個(gè)體與個(gè)體間的知識(shí)共享、個(gè)體與組織間的知識(shí)共享為前提,因此,文章主要分企業(yè)內(nèi)外兩方面,就個(gè)體與個(gè)體、個(gè)體與組織、企業(yè)與企業(yè)間的知識(shí)共享三個(gè)層次進(jìn)行研究。具體地,一是通過(guò)定性與定量相結(jié)合的方法,研究了企業(yè)內(nèi)部個(gè)體間的知識(shí)共享影響因素及其相關(guān)規(guī)律。通過(guò)研究發(fā)現(xiàn),個(gè)體知識(shí)共享決策行為主要受到個(gè)體自身因素和外部關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)因素的影響和制約。其中,個(gè)體間的關(guān)系會(huì)影響個(gè)體的認(rèn)知水平和心理因素,而認(rèn)知水平和心理因素又會(huì)影響個(gè)體知識(shí)共享決策行為。二是利用行為經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)中的前景理論,建立了知識(shí)共享決策分析模型,研究了企業(yè)內(nèi)部個(gè)體與組織之間的知識(shí)共享決策行為規(guī)律。通過(guò)研究發(fā)現(xiàn),’無(wú)論是個(gè)體還是組織,影響編輯和評(píng)價(jià)的一系列因素都會(huì)影響個(gè)體與組織的決策行為。具體來(lái)說(shuō)這些因素主要包括企業(yè)的知識(shí)管理體系、知識(shí)共享獎(jiǎng)懲機(jī)制、決策相關(guān)信息、誠(chéng)信的企業(yè)文化等。三是利用進(jìn)化博弈理論與方法,通過(guò)建立博弈模型,分別研究了企業(yè)外部不同強(qiáng)、弱關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)中的企業(yè)間知識(shí)共享決策行為規(guī)律。通過(guò)強(qiáng)弱不同關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)中企業(yè)間知識(shí)共享決策行為規(guī)律的比較,發(fā)現(xiàn)企業(yè)間知識(shí)共享的收益和成本會(huì)影響企業(yè)間的知識(shí)共享決策行為,即若提高同時(shí)選擇不共享策略各企業(yè)的成本,或者使企業(yè)知識(shí)共享的利潤(rùn)大于搭便車(chē)的利潤(rùn),都將使企業(yè)間知識(shí)共享的概率增加。
[Abstract]:With the arrival of knowledge economy era, knowledge resources become another important factor of production after physical capital such as land, labor force, etc. Knowledge sharing has gradually become the core of the whole knowledge management, which plays a decisive role in the effect of knowledge management. The knowledge sharing of enterprises is of great significance to improve the innovation ability and core competitiveness of enterprises, and the enterprise relationship network based on competition and cooperative relationship provides a good platform for the development of enterprise knowledge sharing activities. Therefore, the study of knowledge sharing in the enterprise relationship network can enable people to have a clearer and more comprehensive understanding of the knowledge sharing between enterprises and enterprises. At the same time, it can also provide more guidance and support for knowledge sharing activities between enterprises. In the course of studying the knowledge sharing problem in the enterprise relationship network, this paper regards the enterprise as a limited rational decision-making subject, and compares the behavior process and characteristics of the enterprise knowledge sharing decision under the strong and weak relationship network. This paper discusses the behavior law of knowledge sharing decision-making between enterprises and enterprises. Considering that the knowledge sharing among enterprises in the network should be based on the knowledge sharing between individuals and individuals within enterprises, and between individuals and organizations, the article is mainly divided into two aspects: individual and individual. Individuals and organizations, enterprises and enterprises to share knowledge between the three levels of research. Specifically, the first is to study the influencing factors and related rules of knowledge sharing among individuals through the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods. It is found that the decision-making behavior of individual knowledge sharing is mainly influenced and restricted by the factors of individual self and external relationship network. Among them, the relationship between individuals will affect the cognitive level and psychological factors, and cognitive level and psychological factors will affect the individual knowledge sharing decision-making behavior. Secondly, using the prospect theory in behavioral economics, the decision analysis model of knowledge sharing is established, and the behavior law of knowledge sharing decision between individual and organization is studied. Through the research, it is found that a series of factors affecting editing and evaluation will affect the decision-making behavior of individuals and organizations, whether they are individuals or organizations. Specifically, these factors include knowledge management system, knowledge sharing reward and punishment mechanism, decision-related information, corporate culture of good faith and so on. Thirdly, by using evolutionary game theory and method, the decision behavior of knowledge sharing among enterprises in different strong and weak relationship networks is studied by establishing a game model. By comparing the behavior rules of knowledge sharing among enterprises in different relationship networks, it is found that the benefits and costs of knowledge sharing among enterprises will affect the decision-making behavior of knowledge sharing among enterprises. That is to say, if we increase the cost of choosing non-sharing strategy at the same time, or make the profit of knowledge sharing greater than the profit of hitchhiking, it will increase the probability of knowledge sharing among enterprises.
