【摘要】：本文在合理界定政策性銀行投人產(chǎn)出指標(biāo)的基礎(chǔ)上,從經(jīng)濟(jì)有效性視角,采用DEAMalmquist指數(shù)模型對我國三家政策性銀行2000~2014年的全要素生產(chǎn)率進(jìn)行全面、系統(tǒng)的比較分析,其中包括各年度的技術(shù)進(jìn)步、技術(shù)效率、純技術(shù)效率和規(guī)模效率等具體情況。結(jié)論表明,整體上,我國政策性銀行的生產(chǎn)率偏低,但存在潛在的增長趨勢;個體上,國開行的較好,進(jìn)出口行較差,并賦予影響因素表現(xiàn)的差別較大;影響政策性銀行的全要素生產(chǎn)率指數(shù)的構(gòu)成因素變化明顯,技術(shù)進(jìn)步貢獻(xiàn)顯著,技術(shù)效率貢獻(xiàn)甚微。最后,針對政策性銀行的全面改革與發(fā)展提出了可行性的建議。
[Abstract]:On the basis of reasonably defining the output index of policy banks, from the perspective of economic effectiveness, this paper makes a comprehensive and systematic comparative analysis of the total factor productivity of the three policy banks in China from 2000 to 2014 by using the DEAMalmquist index model. These include technical progress, technical efficiency, pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency in each year. The conclusion shows that, on the whole, the productivity of China's policy banks is low, but there is a potential growth trend, the individual, the CDB is better, the import and export banks are poor, and the performance of the influencing factors is different. The factors that influence the total factor productivity index (TFP) of policy banks change obviously, the contribution of technological progress is remarkable, and the contribution of technical efficiency is small. Finally, some feasible suggestions are put forward for the comprehensive reform and development of policy banks.
