【摘要】：中小物業(yè)服務(wù)企業(yè)要走出目前的經(jīng)營(yíng)效益低下、抗風(fēng)險(xiǎn)能力弱等困境,需要從根本上對(duì)企業(yè)流程進(jìn)行再造。黨的十八大所確立的科學(xué)發(fā)展觀的指導(dǎo)思想,同樣為中小物業(yè)服務(wù)企業(yè)的企業(yè)再造指明了方向。本文擬以這一思想為指導(dǎo),探求建立企業(yè)再造模型,指導(dǎo)中小物業(yè)服務(wù)企業(yè)破解發(fā)展難題。
[Abstract]:Small and medium-sized property service enterprises need to fundamentally reengineer their business processes if they want to get out of the current difficulties such as low operating efficiency and weak ability to resist risks. The guiding ideology of the scientific concept of development established by the 18th National Congress of the Party also points out the direction for the reengineering of small and medium-sized property service enterprises. Under the guidance of this idea, this paper explores the establishment of enterprise reengineering model and instructs small and medium-sized property service enterprises to solve the development problems.
