【摘要】：大力推進新疆小城鎮(zhèn)多樣化發(fā)展,對于實現(xiàn)新疆綠洲城鎮(zhèn)現(xiàn)代化有著基礎(chǔ)性的意義,特別是在打造絲綢之路經(jīng)濟帶核心區(qū)的實踐中,小城鎮(zhèn)的基礎(chǔ)性作用將會愈發(fā)凸顯。在轉(zhuǎn)方式調(diào)結(jié)構(gòu)、促進區(qū)域經(jīng)濟優(yōu)化升級的進程中必然發(fā)生越來越重要的推動作用。應(yīng)當牢固樹立"小城鎮(zhèn)、大戰(zhàn)略"意識,把促進小城鎮(zhèn)多樣化發(fā)展擺在優(yōu)化新型城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)的戰(zhàn)略高度,從各地實際出發(fā),創(chuàng)新理念、突出特色,以產(chǎn)業(yè)為依托,注重挖掘文化元素,實現(xiàn)現(xiàn)代文化與民族風情、地域特色有機地結(jié)合起來,促進大中小城市和小城鎮(zhèn)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:It is of fundamental significance to realize the modernization of the oasis towns in Xinjiang, especially in the practice of building the core area of the Silk Road economic belt, the basic role of the small towns will become more and more prominent. In the process of adjusting the structure and promoting the optimization and upgrading of regional economy, it will play an increasingly important role. We should firmly establish the consciousness of "small town, big strategy", put the promotion of diversified development of small town on the strategic height of optimizing the construction of new type of urbanization, proceed from the reality of various places, innovate the idea, highlight the characteristic, and rely on the industry. We should pay attention to excavating cultural elements, realize modern culture and national customs, combine regional characteristics organically, and promote the coordinated development of large, medium and small cities and towns.
