【摘要】：在對城鎮(zhèn)化動力因素相關(guān)文獻分析的基礎(chǔ)上,采用多元統(tǒng)計分析中因子分析方法選定了9個反映城鎮(zhèn)化動力的指標,并運用多元回歸的分析方法對其進行了實證分析,同時引入城鎮(zhèn)化動力因素的省際比較概念。結(jié)果表明,城鎮(zhèn)化是多種因素共同作用的結(jié)果,不僅包括經(jīng)濟方面的因素,還包括制度方面和人口素質(zhì)方面的因素,它們共同構(gòu)成城鎮(zhèn)化動力源;其中,第二、三產(chǎn)業(yè)仍然是目前城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展過程中的關(guān)鍵動力因素;具體到省份之間,由于經(jīng)濟發(fā)展水平和資源條件不同,城鎮(zhèn)化的動力因素也不盡相同,同時由于各省所處城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展的階段不同,其第二、三產(chǎn)業(yè)對城鎮(zhèn)化的拉動力也有所差異。針對以上結(jié)論,給出了促進城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展的相應(yīng)對策。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the related literature on the dynamic factors of urbanization, nine indexes reflecting the driving force of urbanization are selected by using the factor analysis method in the multivariate statistical analysis, and the empirical analysis is carried out by using the method of multiple regression analysis. At the same time, it introduces the concept of inter-provincial comparison of the dynamic factors of urbanization. The results show that urbanization is the result of multiple factors, including not only economic factors, but also institutional factors and population quality factors, which together constitute the power source of urbanization. The third industry is still a key driving force in the process of urbanization. Among provinces, because of the different levels of economic development and resource conditions, the driving factors of urbanization are not the same. At the same time, because the provinces are in different stages of urbanization, the second and third industries have different driving forces on urbanization. In view of the above conclusions, the corresponding countermeasures to promote the development of urbanization are given.
