【摘要】：為還原多維不確定投入產(chǎn)出關(guān)系在效率評價理念、理論與評價方法方面存在的創(chuàng)新需求,從評價目標(biāo)導(dǎo)向、評價要素構(gòu)成和要素關(guān)聯(lián)不確定三個維度,刻畫一般效率評價情景中的要素間不確定關(guān)聯(lián)呈現(xiàn)特征。在此基礎(chǔ)上,針對現(xiàn)有方法在提取投入產(chǎn)出指標(biāo)多維關(guān)聯(lián)、刻畫多類型效率涌現(xiàn)路徑、促成多元效率內(nèi)涵橫向比較等方面存在的不足,創(chuàng)新性融合ANP方法與DEA方法構(gòu)建了能夠應(yīng)對復(fù)雜情景下多維效率內(nèi)涵提取、轉(zhuǎn)換與融合需求的新方法。案例應(yīng)用結(jié)果表明,以上所提出的理論及方法有效、可行,對延伸及拓展DEA方法的相對權(quán)比較理念實現(xiàn)復(fù)雜投入產(chǎn)出關(guān)聯(lián)的跨層次比較,具有一定借鑒價值。
[Abstract]:In order to reduce the innovative demand in efficiency evaluation concept, theory and evaluation method of multi-dimensional uncertain input-output relationship, from three dimensions of evaluation goal orientation, evaluation element composition and factor correlation uncertainty. It depicts the features of uncertain correlation among elements in general efficiency evaluation scenarios. On this basis, aiming at the shortcomings of existing methods in extracting multi-dimensional correlation of input-output index, characterizing multi-type efficiency emergence path and promoting horizontal comparison of multi-efficiency connotation, etc. Combining ANP method with DEA method innovatively, a new method which can deal with multi-dimensional efficiency intension extraction, transformation and fusion requirement under complex situation is constructed. The result of case application shows that the theory and method presented above are effective and feasible, which can be used for reference to extend and extend the relative weight comparison concept of DEA method to realize the cross-level comparison of complex input-output correlation.
