【摘要】：在當(dāng)前中國的發(fā)展當(dāng)中,新型城鎮(zhèn)化越來越多的成為人們關(guān)心的問題,并受到許多學(xué)者們的研究。因此對(duì)于河北省的發(fā)展,新型城鎮(zhèn)化的建設(shè)問題也應(yīng)該受到關(guān)注并應(yīng)該通過研究和深入了解進(jìn)而找出推進(jìn)其發(fā)展步伐的方法。這樣不僅可以增加河北省新型城鎮(zhèn)化水平,同時(shí)也可以推動(dòng)河北省的經(jīng)濟(jì)和綜合發(fā)展水平。目前我國新型城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展中面臨著農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展低水平、城鄉(xiāng)差距擴(kuò)大、農(nóng)民工難融入城市等方方面面的問題,這些問題對(duì)城鎮(zhèn)化的發(fā)展造成了嚴(yán)重的阻礙作用,因此解決這些問題,推進(jìn)新型城鎮(zhèn)化的進(jìn)程顯得尤為重要。河北省新型城鎮(zhèn)化水平滯后于全國平均水平以及東部沿海發(fā)達(dá)省份的城鎮(zhèn)化水平,仍然處于低水平狀態(tài)。而找到推進(jìn)河北省城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展的動(dòng)力機(jī)制則成為推動(dòng)其發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵點(diǎn)。由于在總結(jié)學(xué)者們的的研究時(shí),發(fā)現(xiàn)對(duì)河北省的新型城鎮(zhèn)化的動(dòng)力機(jī)制的實(shí)證分析研究較少,因此,本文試圖通過研究河北省整體與各地級(jí)市的城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀與存在的問題及推動(dòng)其發(fā)展的因素,找到河北省新型城鎮(zhèn)化的動(dòng)力機(jī)制以及各動(dòng)力因素的推動(dòng)方式與在整體動(dòng)力機(jī)制中所占的比重,來提出可行性建議,以推進(jìn)河北省新型城鎮(zhèn)化的健康、快速發(fā)展。本文以對(duì)新型城鎮(zhèn)化相關(guān)動(dòng)力的理論的定性研究與對(duì)河北省新型城鎮(zhèn)化的動(dòng)力機(jī)制的實(shí)證分析的定量研究相結(jié)合的方法,來進(jìn)行研究與撰寫。通過分析并總結(jié)陳述相關(guān)國內(nèi)外研究基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合河北省實(shí)際發(fā)展情況,將基礎(chǔ)條件、產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展、外源經(jīng)濟(jì)、主體行為、政府政策等方面的推動(dòng)因素以及其共同作用形成的整體總結(jié)為河北省新型城鎮(zhèn)化動(dòng)力機(jī)制。進(jìn)而通過搜集與整理河北省11個(gè)地級(jí)市的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),運(yùn)用計(jì)量軟件Eviews6.0進(jìn)行分析,構(gòu)建影響河北省新型城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展的回歸方程,并對(duì)實(shí)證結(jié)果進(jìn)行詳細(xì)分析,進(jìn)而根據(jù)理論與實(shí)證的研究提出相關(guān)和可操作性的建議。
[Abstract]:In the current development of China, new urbanization has become more and more people's concern, and has been studied by many scholars. Therefore, for the development of Hebei Province, the construction of new urbanization should also be concerned and through research and in-depth understanding to find out the way to promote the pace of its development. This will not only increase the level of new urbanization in Hebei Province, but also promote the level of economic and comprehensive development of Hebei Province. At present, the development of new-type urbanization in our country is faced with the problems of low level of agricultural development, widening gap between urban and rural areas, difficult integration of migrant workers into cities, and so on. These problems have caused serious obstacles to the development of urbanization. Therefore, it is very important to solve these problems and promote the process of new-type urbanization. The level of new urbanization in Hebei Province lags behind the national average and the level of urbanization in the developed provinces along the eastern coast is still in a low level. To find the motive mechanism to promote the development of urbanization in Hebei Province has become the key point to promote its development. When summarizing the research of scholars, it is found that there are few empirical studies on the dynamic mechanism of new urbanization in Hebei Province. This paper attempts to study the present situation and existing problems of urbanization in Hebei Province as a whole and cities at prefectural level, as well as the factors that promote its development. In order to promote the healthy and rapid development of the new urbanization in Hebei Province, the author finds out the driving mechanism of the new urbanization in Hebei Province, the driving mode of each dynamic factor and the proportion in the overall dynamic mechanism, and puts forward some feasible suggestions for promoting the healthy and rapid development of the new urbanization in Hebei Province. This paper combines the qualitative research of the theory of the new urbanization with the quantitative analysis of the dynamic mechanism of the new urbanization in Hebei Province to study and write. On the basis of analyzing and summarizing the relevant domestic and foreign studies, combining with the actual development situation of Hebei Province, the basic conditions, industrial development, exogenous economy, subject behavior, The driving factors of government policy and its common action are summarized as the new urbanization motive mechanism in Hebei province. Then through collecting and collating the relevant data of 11 prefecture-level cities in Hebei Province, using the econometric software Eviews6.0 to analyze, construct the regression equation that affects the development of new urbanization in Hebei Province, and analyze the empirical results in detail. And then according to the theoretical and empirical research put forward relevant and operational recommendations.
