【摘要】：城市的發(fā)展是人類社會(huì)文明發(fā)展到一定程度的產(chǎn)物,是現(xiàn)如今人類最主要的生活、生產(chǎn)、消費(fèi)、娛樂(lè)、政治、文化、經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)所在地。隨著社會(huì)的快速發(fā)展,城市的優(yōu)勢(shì)逐步的顯示出來(lái),驅(qū)使大量的農(nóng)村人口涌入城市,即滿足城市發(fā)展所需的勞動(dòng)力以及人民對(duì)于更好的生活的追求,進(jìn)而發(fā)展城市經(jīng)濟(jì),促進(jìn)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)進(jìn)步,帶來(lái)了城市經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)的快速發(fā)展。在經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展社會(huì)勞動(dòng)力得到有效力有利用的同,城市化建設(shè)的需求也相伴而生,它是衡量一個(gè)地區(qū)或國(guó)家的發(fā)展程度的重要標(biāo)志,是社會(huì)文明發(fā)展的必然結(jié)果。隨著改革開(kāi)放政策實(shí)施以來(lái),我國(guó)城市建設(shè)和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展進(jìn)入了一個(gè)快速發(fā)展時(shí)期,在全國(guó)大力發(fā)展經(jīng)濟(jì)的同時(shí),城市建設(shè)也步入發(fā)展時(shí)期,同時(shí)溫州市也加快城市化發(fā)展。隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,城市規(guī)模的擴(kuò)大,市區(qū)總?cè)丝跀?shù)量的增加；非農(nóng)人口比重的上升,城市化得到有效的建設(shè)。但在同時(shí)溫州市在發(fā)展城市化的過(guò)程中也存在一些問(wèn)題：例如如城市化水平總體發(fā)展過(guò)慢；城市環(huán)境質(zhì)量較低；第三產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展較于滯后等。本文基于這些情況,選取溫州市這個(gè)區(qū)域,對(duì)溫州市近20年城市化進(jìn)行研究分析。本文通過(guò)對(duì)城市化含義的了解,就城市化與城市化質(zhì)量?jī)?nèi)涵以及建立城市化質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)體系進(jìn)行一些探討,并結(jié)合溫州市近20年城市化質(zhì)量進(jìn)行分析和對(duì)比,得出一些可以借鑒的結(jié)果。論文一共分為四個(gè)部分：第一部分主要是描述選題背景及意義,從理論方面理解城市化和城市化質(zhì)量的含義,介紹一些關(guān)于國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)于城市化的定義和內(nèi)涵以及城市化質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)體系的研究現(xiàn)狀：最后對(duì)本文研究目標(biāo)、內(nèi)容、方法和技術(shù)路線做了簡(jiǎn)要說(shuō)明。第二部分是溫州市城市化人口業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)背景分析。第三部分主要是關(guān)于溫州市城市化質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)體系的構(gòu)建；接著從四方面對(duì)于溫州市城市化進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)；最后根據(jù)前文對(duì)溫州市城市化評(píng)價(jià)中發(fā)現(xiàn)一些問(wèn)題；第四部分是根據(jù)第三部分發(fā)現(xiàn)的一些問(wèn)題針對(duì)溫州市人口、經(jīng)濟(jì)、生活質(zhì)量、生態(tài)環(huán)境發(fā)展四方面對(duì)如何提升溫州市城市化質(zhì)量提出對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:The development of the city is the result of the development of the civilization of human society to a certain extent, and is the most important place of human life, production, consumption, entertainment, politics, culture and economic activities nowadays. With the rapid development of the society, the advantages of the city gradually show, driving a large number of rural population into the city, that is, to meet the needs of urban development of labor and people for a better life, and then to develop the urban economy. Promote social and economic progress, brought the rapid development of urban economic construction. In the economic development of the social labor force has been effective and used, the demand for urbanization is also accompanied by, it is an important indicator of the development of a region or country, is the inevitable outcome of the development of social civilization. With the implementation of the policy of reform and opening up, China's urban construction and economic development has entered a period of rapid development. At the same time, the development of urban construction has stepped into a period of development, and Wenzhou City has also accelerated the development of urbanization. With the rapid development of economy, the expansion of urban scale, the increase of the total population of urban areas, the increase of non-agricultural population proportion, urbanization has been effectively built. But at the same time, there are some problems in the development of urbanization in Wenzhou: for example, the level of urbanization is too slow, the quality of urban environment is low, the development of tertiary industry is lagging behind and so on. Based on these conditions, this paper studies and analyzes the urbanization of Wenzhou in the past 20 years. Based on the understanding of the meaning of urbanization, this paper discusses the connotation of urbanization and the quality of urbanization as well as the establishment of evaluation system of urbanization quality, and analyzes and compares the quality of urbanization in Wenzhou in the past 20 years. Get some results that can be used for reference. The thesis is divided into four parts: the first part is to describe the background and significance of the topic, and to understand the meaning of urbanization and urbanization quality from the theoretical point of view. This paper introduces some definitions and connotations of urbanization at home and abroad as well as the present research status of urbanization quality evaluation system. Finally, the research objectives, contents, methods and technical routes of this paper are briefly explained. The second part is the background analysis of the urbanization population industry in Wenzhou. The third part is mainly about the construction of Wenzhou urbanization quality evaluation system; then from four aspects to evaluate the urbanization of Wenzhou; finally according to the previous evaluation of Wenzhou urbanization found some problems; The fourth part is based on some problems found in the third part of Wenzhou City population, economy, quality of life, ecological environment development four aspects of how to improve the quality of Wenzhou urbanization countermeasures.
