【摘要】：城市的發(fā)展是人類社會文明發(fā)展到一定程度的產(chǎn)物,是現(xiàn)如今人類最主要的生活、生產(chǎn)、消費、娛樂、政治、文化、經(jīng)濟活動所在地。隨著社會的快速發(fā)展,城市的優(yōu)勢逐步的顯示出來,驅(qū)使大量的農(nóng)村人口涌入城市,即滿足城市發(fā)展所需的勞動力以及人民對于更好的生活的追求,進而發(fā)展城市經(jīng)濟,促進社會經(jīng)濟進步,帶來了城市經(jīng)濟建設(shè)的快速發(fā)展。在經(jīng)濟發(fā)展社會勞動力得到有效力有利用的同,城市化建設(shè)的需求也相伴而生,它是衡量一個地區(qū)或國家的發(fā)展程度的重要標志,是社會文明發(fā)展的必然結(jié)果。隨著改革開放政策實施以來,我國城市建設(shè)和經(jīng)濟發(fā)展進入了一個快速發(fā)展時期,在全國大力發(fā)展經(jīng)濟的同時,城市建設(shè)也步入發(fā)展時期,同時溫州市也加快城市化發(fā)展。隨著經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展,城市規(guī)模的擴大,市區(qū)總?cè)丝跀?shù)量的增加；非農(nóng)人口比重的上升,城市化得到有效的建設(shè)。但在同時溫州市在發(fā)展城市化的過程中也存在一些問題：例如如城市化水平總體發(fā)展過慢；城市環(huán)境質(zhì)量較低；第三產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展較于滯后等。本文基于這些情況,選取溫州市這個區(qū)域,對溫州市近20年城市化進行研究分析。本文通過對城市化含義的了解,就城市化與城市化質(zhì)量內(nèi)涵以及建立城市化質(zhì)量評價體系進行一些探討,并結(jié)合溫州市近20年城市化質(zhì)量進行分析和對比,得出一些可以借鑒的結(jié)果。論文一共分為四個部分：第一部分主要是描述選題背景及意義,從理論方面理解城市化和城市化質(zhì)量的含義,介紹一些關(guān)于國內(nèi)外對于城市化的定義和內(nèi)涵以及城市化質(zhì)量評價體系的研究現(xiàn)狀：最后對本文研究目標、內(nèi)容、方法和技術(shù)路線做了簡要說明。第二部分是溫州市城市化人口業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)背景分析。第三部分主要是關(guān)于溫州市城市化質(zhì)量評價體系的構(gòu)建；接著從四方面對于溫州市城市化進行評價；最后根據(jù)前文對溫州市城市化評價中發(fā)現(xiàn)一些問題；第四部分是根據(jù)第三部分發(fā)現(xiàn)的一些問題針對溫州市人口、經(jīng)濟、生活質(zhì)量、生態(tài)環(huán)境發(fā)展四方面對如何提升溫州市城市化質(zhì)量提出對策建議。
[Abstract]:The development of the city is the result of the development of the civilization of human society to a certain extent, and is the most important place of human life, production, consumption, entertainment, politics, culture and economic activities nowadays. With the rapid development of the society, the advantages of the city gradually show, driving a large number of rural population into the city, that is, to meet the needs of urban development of labor and people for a better life, and then to develop the urban economy. Promote social and economic progress, brought the rapid development of urban economic construction. In the economic development of the social labor force has been effective and used, the demand for urbanization is also accompanied by, it is an important indicator of the development of a region or country, is the inevitable outcome of the development of social civilization. With the implementation of the policy of reform and opening up, China's urban construction and economic development has entered a period of rapid development. At the same time, the development of urban construction has stepped into a period of development, and Wenzhou City has also accelerated the development of urbanization. With the rapid development of economy, the expansion of urban scale, the increase of the total population of urban areas, the increase of non-agricultural population proportion, urbanization has been effectively built. But at the same time, there are some problems in the development of urbanization in Wenzhou: for example, the level of urbanization is too slow, the quality of urban environment is low, the development of tertiary industry is lagging behind and so on. Based on these conditions, this paper studies and analyzes the urbanization of Wenzhou in the past 20 years. Based on the understanding of the meaning of urbanization, this paper discusses the connotation of urbanization and the quality of urbanization as well as the establishment of evaluation system of urbanization quality, and analyzes and compares the quality of urbanization in Wenzhou in the past 20 years. Get some results that can be used for reference. The thesis is divided into four parts: the first part is to describe the background and significance of the topic, and to understand the meaning of urbanization and urbanization quality from the theoretical point of view. This paper introduces some definitions and connotations of urbanization at home and abroad as well as the present research status of urbanization quality evaluation system. Finally, the research objectives, contents, methods and technical routes of this paper are briefly explained. The second part is the background analysis of the urbanization population industry in Wenzhou. The third part is mainly about the construction of Wenzhou urbanization quality evaluation system; then from four aspects to evaluate the urbanization of Wenzhou; finally according to the previous evaluation of Wenzhou urbanization found some problems; The fourth part is based on some problems found in the third part of Wenzhou City population, economy, quality of life, ecological environment development four aspects of how to improve the quality of Wenzhou urbanization countermeasures.
