【摘要】：利用國(guó)內(nèi)46家信托公司2007年1月至2015年12月數(shù)據(jù),通過(guò)構(gòu)建受限面板Tobit模型,對(duì)制約我國(guó)信托業(yè)投入產(chǎn)出效率的主要因素進(jìn)行了分析與檢驗(yàn),研究結(jié)果表明:國(guó)內(nèi)市場(chǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)和行業(yè)整體盈利能力變化對(duì)信托業(yè)投入產(chǎn)出效率的影響最為顯著,行業(yè)內(nèi)部管理水平對(duì)信托業(yè)投入產(chǎn)出效率的影響較為顯著;宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境和政策調(diào)整對(duì)信托業(yè)投入產(chǎn)出效率具有較強(qiáng)影響。在現(xiàn)階段,受宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)景氣程度下降和市場(chǎng)利率水平不斷下調(diào)影響,信托業(yè)整體盈利能力受到制約,行業(yè)投入產(chǎn)出效率或?qū)⒊霈F(xiàn)下滑,為此就需要加強(qiáng)行業(yè)內(nèi)部經(jīng)營(yíng)管理,不斷降低成本費(fèi)用率水平,以便為信托業(yè)的穩(wěn)定發(fā)展和效率的進(jìn)一步改善創(chuàng)造條件。
[Abstract]:Based on the data of 46 trust companies in China from January 2007 to December 2015, this paper analyzes and tests the main factors that restrict the input-output efficiency of trust industry in China by constructing a limited panel Tobit model. The results show that the changes of domestic market structure and the overall profitability of the industry have the most significant influence on the input-output efficiency of the trust industry, and the level of internal management of the industry has a more significant impact on the input-output efficiency of the trust industry. Macroeconomic environment and policy adjustment have a strong impact on the trust industry input-output efficiency. At the present stage, the overall profitability of the trust industry is restricted by the decline in macroeconomic prosperity and the continuous lowering of market interest rates, and the input-output efficiency of the industry may decline. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the internal management of the industry. To reduce the cost rate level to create conditions for the steady development of trust industry and further improvement of efficiency.
