【摘要】：配送中心建設(shè)項(xiàng)目是指從事貨物配備和組織對(duì)用戶的送貨,以實(shí)現(xiàn)銷售或供應(yīng)的現(xiàn)代流通設(shè)施的建設(shè)。本文的研究對(duì)象主要是服務(wù)于超市系統(tǒng)的配送中心投資建設(shè)項(xiàng)目。配送中心建設(shè)項(xiàng)目從規(guī)劃建設(shè)到運(yùn)營(yíng)過(guò)程中面臨著許多風(fēng)險(xiǎn),風(fēng)險(xiǎn)可能會(huì)給項(xiàng)目建設(shè)帶來(lái)資金浪費(fèi)、時(shí)間超期甚至是項(xiàng)目無(wú)法完成的嚴(yán)重后果。因此,針對(duì)項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的研究和制定相應(yīng)措施,對(duì)整個(gè)項(xiàng)目建設(shè)意義重大。本文首先分析了研究背景及意義,闡述了國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的部分研究成果,接著,指出了本論文的主要研究?jī)?nèi)容和主要研究方法。本文的主要目的是圍繞山東銀座配送中心濰坊建設(shè)項(xiàng)目對(duì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的全過(guò)程進(jìn)行研究,通過(guò)分析得出項(xiàng)目主要存在的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)點(diǎn),并有針對(duì)性的對(duì)該項(xiàng)目制定出風(fēng)險(xiǎn)應(yīng)對(duì)措施。通過(guò)對(duì)項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的理論闡述,結(jié)合本項(xiàng)目的實(shí)際情況,本文選擇了綜合模糊評(píng)價(jià)法和專家調(diào)查打分法來(lái)完成評(píng)價(jià),從而確定本項(xiàng)目的整體風(fēng)險(xiǎn)水平以及各風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素的估值,并確定影響項(xiàng)目的關(guān)鍵風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素。最后建立在對(duì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識(shí)別和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)的基礎(chǔ)上,給出配送中心建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范措施,包括常用的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范對(duì)策和對(duì)本項(xiàng)目關(guān)鍵風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素的防范措施,最后,還從其他方面提出風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理對(duì)策的補(bǔ)充建議。
[Abstract]:The construction project of distribution center refers to the construction of modern circulation facilities, which is engaged in goods equipping and organizing the delivery of goods to users in order to realize the sale or supply. The research object of this paper is the investment and construction project of distribution center serving supermarket system. The distribution center construction project is faced with many risks from planning to operation. The risk may lead to the waste of funds, the delay of time and even the serious consequences of the project can not be completed. Therefore, the research on project risk management and the corresponding measures are of great significance to the whole project construction. This paper first analyzes the background and significance of the research, expounds some research results of project risk management at home and abroad, and then points out the main research content and main research methods of this paper. The main purpose of this paper is to study the whole process of risk management around Weifang Construction Project of Shandong Ginza Distribution Center. By expounding the theory of project risk management and combining the actual situation of the project, this paper chooses the comprehensive fuzzy evaluation method and the expert investigation scoring method to complete the evaluation, so as to determine the overall risk level of the project and the valuation of each risk factor. And determine the key risk factors affecting the project. Finally, on the basis of risk identification and risk evaluation, the risk prevention measures of distribution center construction project are given, including the commonly used risk prevention countermeasures and the prevention measures to the key risk factors of the project. Also put forward from other aspects of risk management countermeasures supplementary suggestions.
