基于Flexsim的零售型配送中心揀選作業(yè)仿真優(yōu)化及實證研究

【摘要】:隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展,零售業(yè)經(jīng)營業(yè)態(tài)的變革愈發(fā)劇烈,同時對物流的變革需求也愈發(fā)迫切。許多大型零售企業(yè)嘗試自建物流配送中心,但整體水平較低,運作效率也不理想。揀選作業(yè)作為配送中心的核心工藝,也是配送中心作業(yè)中勞動強度最大、出錯率最高的環(huán)節(jié),其優(yōu)良與否不僅嚴(yán)重影響物流配送中心的效率,也對配送中心的功能發(fā)揮影響很大。本文以零售型連鎖藥店配送中心為研究對象,探討如何從揀選策略優(yōu)化與揀選模式優(yōu)化的角度,結(jié)合數(shù)學(xué)建模與物流仿真優(yōu)化的方法提高配送中心的揀選效率。首先,采用EIQ分析法對配送中心的訂單特點進(jìn)行了深入分析,為揀選模式的優(yōu)化設(shè)計提供了參考。然后,利用Flexsim仿真軟件對研究對象現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行仿真模擬,總結(jié)出揀選作業(yè)系統(tǒng)現(xiàn)存的問題,從揀選策略與揀選模式方面對揀選作業(yè)系統(tǒng)現(xiàn)狀提出優(yōu)化方案。再次,針對分區(qū)儲位分配問題,在保持部分原策略(包括分批策略與揀選路徑策略)與揀選模式不變的的基礎(chǔ)上,以均衡分區(qū)揀選作業(yè)時間為目標(biāo)建立分區(qū)儲位優(yōu)化模型,采用基于Matlab的設(shè)菲爾德遺傳算法工具箱進(jìn)行求解,得到了滿足優(yōu)化目標(biāo)的儲位分配結(jié)果。最后對揀選模式進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,通過使用Flexsim仿真軟件對三種不同揀選模式的優(yōu)化方案進(jìn)行對比,分析優(yōu)化方案的合理性、設(shè)備運行的效率,以及對揀選作業(yè)效率的影響。
[Abstract]:With the development of Internet technology, the reform of retail business is becoming more and more drastic, and the demand for logistics reform is becoming more and more urgent. Many large retail enterprises try to build their own logistics distribution center, but the overall level is low, and the operational efficiency is not ideal. As the core technology of the distribution center, the picking operation is also the link with the largest labor intensity and the highest error rate in the distribution center operation, and whether it is good or not only seriously affects the efficiency of the logistics distribution center. It also exerts great influence on the function of distribution center. Taking the retail chain drugstore distribution center as the research object, this paper discusses how to improve the selection efficiency of the distribution center from the angle of selecting strategy optimization and picking mode optimization, combined with mathematical modeling and logistics simulation optimization method. Firstly, the EIQ analysis method is used to analyze the order characteristics of the distribution center, which provides a reference for the optimization design of the picking mode. Then, using the Flexsim simulation software to simulate the status quo of the research object, summarize the existing problems of the picking operation system, and put forward the optimization scheme of the picking operation system from the aspects of the picking strategy and the picking mode. Thirdly, aiming at the partition storage allocation problem, a partition storage optimization model is established on the basis of keeping part of the original strategy (including batch strategy and picking path strategy) and picking mode unchanged, aiming at balancing the partition picking operation time. The Shiffield genetic algorithm toolbox based on Matlab is used to solve the problem, and the storage allocation results satisfying the optimization objectives are obtained. Finally, the selection mode is optimized, and the rationality of the optimization scheme, the efficiency of equipment operation and the effect on the efficiency of picking operation are analyzed by comparing the optimization schemes of three different picking modes with Flexsim simulation software.
