【摘要】：研究基于關(guān)鍵資源優(yōu)先的單元化"裝卸、搬運(yùn)、裝卸"三級(jí)作業(yè)鏈調(diào)度問題。已知關(guān)鍵資源調(diào)度方案,將兩非關(guān)鍵作業(yè)級(jí)的調(diào)度問題分別轉(zhuǎn)化為最小單位流問題求解。在數(shù)學(xué)模型基礎(chǔ)之上提出三級(jí)裝卸搬運(yùn)的分區(qū)協(xié)調(diào)策略。對(duì)關(guān)鍵裝卸級(jí)作業(yè)區(qū)進(jìn)行合理分區(qū)和設(shè)備分配,從而合理設(shè)置已知參數(shù);提出非關(guān)鍵級(jí)裝卸作業(yè)區(qū)的分區(qū)協(xié)調(diào)策略,以擴(kuò)大計(jì)算規(guī)模。以碼頭三級(jí)裝卸搬運(yùn)作業(yè)鏈為例,參照寧波港碼頭數(shù)據(jù),設(shè)計(jì)面向集裝箱碼頭的仿真算例,通過較大規(guī)模算例驗(yàn)證分區(qū)策略對(duì)于計(jì)算大規(guī)模非關(guān)鍵裝卸級(jí)調(diào)度問題的可行性和快捷性。
[Abstract]:This paper deals with the scheduling problem of three levels of "loading, unloading, loading and unloading" based on the priority of key resources. The two non-critical job level scheduling problems are transformed into minimum unit flow problems respectively according to known critical resource scheduling schemes. On the basis of mathematical model, this paper puts forward the district coordination strategy of three-level loading and unloading. Reasonable partition and equipment allocation are carried out for the key loading and unloading operation area, and the known parameters are set up reasonably, and the partition coordination strategy of the non-critical loading and unloading area is put forward to expand the calculation scale. Taking the three-stage loading and unloading operation chain of the terminal as an example and referring to the data of Ningbo Port, a simulation example for container terminal is designed. The feasibility and rapidity of partitioning strategy for large scale non-critical loading and unloading scheduling problems are verified by large scale numerical examples.
