【摘要】：隨著城市化進(jìn)程的不斷推進(jìn),北京市城市經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展的需求與環(huán)境的保護(hù)、資源的可持續(xù)利用已成為城市發(fā)展的主要矛盾,空氣污染、水資源緊缺、交通、住房壓力大等問題非常突出。面對(duì)這種情況,必須堅(jiān)持科學(xué)發(fā)展觀,努力實(shí)現(xiàn)人口、經(jīng)濟(jì)、環(huán)境和能源等因素的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展。結(jié)合城市可持續(xù)發(fā)展的內(nèi)涵和北京市的城市發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,采用驅(qū)動(dòng)力—壓力—狀態(tài)—影響—響應(yīng)(driving-forces-pressure-state-impact-response,DPSIR)理論框架構(gòu)建城市可持續(xù)發(fā)展綜合評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,將熵值法和層次分析法相結(jié)合合理確定指標(biāo)權(quán)重。選取了2001—2014年北京市城市發(fā)展指標(biāo)數(shù)據(jù),從驅(qū)動(dòng)力、壓力、狀態(tài)、影響、響應(yīng)等5個(gè)方面,對(duì)北京市可持續(xù)發(fā)展水平進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)評(píng)估和分析,識(shí)別關(guān)鍵因素和重要環(huán)節(jié),并提出建議和措施,為實(shí)現(xiàn)和優(yōu)化北京市經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)和環(huán)境的可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供指導(dǎo)和支持。
[Abstract]:With the development of urbanization, the rapid development of urban economy in Beijing and the protection of the environment, the sustainable utilization of resources has become the main contradiction of urban development, air pollution, water resources shortage, traffic, Housing pressure and other problems are very prominent. In face of this situation, we must adhere to the scientific development concept and strive to realize the coordinated development of population, economy, environment and energy. Combined with the connotation of urban sustainable development and the present situation of urban development in Beijing, a comprehensive evaluation index system of urban sustainable development is constructed by using driving-forces-pressure-state-impact-response DPSIRI framework. The entropy method and the analytic hierarchy process are combined to determine the index weight reasonably. This paper selects the urban development index data of Beijing from 2001 to 2014, evaluates and analyzes the sustainable development level of Beijing from five aspects: driving force, pressure, state, influence and response, and identifies the key factors and important links. Suggestions and measures are put forward to provide guidance and support for realizing and optimizing the sustainable development of Beijing's economy, society and environment.
