【摘要】：隨著全球創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)的浮現(xiàn)和發(fā)展,一些國(guó)際城市通過集聚較多研發(fā)機(jī)構(gòu)和活動(dòng),成為全球創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)中的核心節(jié)點(diǎn)城市,表現(xiàn)出較強(qiáng)的創(chuàng)新競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。在創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)、轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展的背景下,中國(guó)城市創(chuàng)新競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的提升對(duì)于中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的持續(xù)增長(zhǎng)和綜合實(shí)力的提升亦具有重大意義。借助全球創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)研究框架,基于內(nèi)涵分解出全球科技網(wǎng)絡(luò)、全球知識(shí)網(wǎng)絡(luò)以及全球創(chuàng)新服務(wù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)三層子網(wǎng)絡(luò),從廣義創(chuàng)新概念構(gòu)筑國(guó)際城市創(chuàng)新競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力比較指標(biāo)體系,從一個(gè)寬泛的創(chuàng)新競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力視角把握城市創(chuàng)新發(fā)展基礎(chǔ)、現(xiàn)狀和潛力,判斷基于全球創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)的國(guó)際城市創(chuàng)新競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力地理格局。其中,著重就中國(guó)城市與世界領(lǐng)先城市的差距進(jìn)行比較和分析,把握中國(guó)城市創(chuàng)新發(fā)展的突破路徑。
[Abstract]:With the emergence and development of the global innovation network, some international cities have become the core node cities of the global innovation network by gathering more R & D institutions and activities, showing strong innovation competitiveness. Under the background of innovation-driven and transformational development, the promotion of Chinese urban innovation competitiveness is also of great significance to the sustained growth of Chinese economy and the promotion of comprehensive strength. With the help of the research framework of the global innovation network, this paper decomposes the global scientific and technological network, the global knowledge network and the global innovation service network into three subnetworks based on the connotation, and constructs the comparative index system of the international urban innovation competitiveness from the broad concept of innovation. From a broad angle of view of innovation competitiveness, we grasp the foundation, present situation and potential of urban innovation development, and judge the geographical pattern of international urban innovation competitiveness based on global innovation network. Among them, the gap between Chinese cities and the world's leading cities is compared and analyzed, and the breakthrough path of China's urban innovation and development is grasped.
