【摘要】：食品安全問題現(xiàn)在已經(jīng)成為全球性關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)問題之一,隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會的不斷發(fā)展,人民生活水平不斷提高,我國逐漸從保障食品供應(yīng)期轉(zhuǎn)向保障食品安全期。與此同時,我國食品安全問題依然不少,食品安全事件仍時有發(fā)生。本文旨在通過對我國食品安全形勢及內(nèi)蒙古地區(qū)食品生產(chǎn)企業(yè)監(jiān)管工作現(xiàn)狀的深入剖析,進(jìn)而認(rèn)真分析內(nèi)蒙古地區(qū)食品生產(chǎn)企業(yè)監(jiān)管工作中存在的問題和不足,對照食品安全監(jiān)管的國際先進(jìn)管理理念和思路,借鑒先進(jìn)地區(qū)監(jiān)管的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)和實(shí)際做法,對內(nèi)蒙古食品生產(chǎn)企業(yè)監(jiān)管工作的開展進(jìn)行有益的理論探索和研究,能夠進(jìn)一步對食品生產(chǎn)企業(yè)監(jiān)管能力和保障水平的提升起到重大的促進(jìn)作用。本文共分為六個部分。第一部分闡述了本文的研究背景、研究思路和方法。第二部分闡述了食品、食品生產(chǎn)企業(yè)監(jiān)管等概念和相關(guān)理論綜述。第三部分闡述了我國食品安全現(xiàn)狀、內(nèi)蒙古地區(qū)食品生產(chǎn)企業(yè)監(jiān)管的現(xiàn)狀和食品安全監(jiān)管體制改革情況。第四部分闡述了食品生產(chǎn)企業(yè)監(jiān)管存在的問題和原因。第五部分主要分析了國內(nèi)外我國食品安全和食品生產(chǎn)企業(yè)監(jiān)管的先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。第六部分提出符合內(nèi)蒙古地區(qū)區(qū)情的食品安全監(jiān)管建議和對策,為政府更加有效的監(jiān)管食品安全提供參考,同時為食品安全監(jiān)管提供了可操作性的思路和方法。
[Abstract]:The issue of food safety has become one of the focuses of global attention. With the development of our economy and society, the living standard of the people has been improved, and our country has gradually changed from the period of ensuring food supply to the period of ensuring food safety. At the same time, China's food safety problems are still many, food safety incidents still occur from time to time. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the situation of food safety in China and the current situation of supervision of food production enterprises in Inner Mongolia, and then analyze the problems and shortcomings in the supervision of food production enterprises in Inner Mongolia. In contrast to the international advanced management ideas and ideas of food safety supervision, and drawing lessons from the practical experience and practice of advanced regional supervision, this paper makes a beneficial theoretical exploration and research on the development of supervision of food production enterprises in Inner Mongolia. It can further promote the supervision ability and guarantee level of food production enterprises. This paper is divided into six parts. The first part describes the research background, research ideas and methods. The second part describes the concept of food, food production enterprise supervision and related theories. The third part describes the current situation of food safety in China, the current situation of food production enterprises in Inner Mongolia and the reform of food safety supervision system. The fourth part describes the problems and causes of food production enterprises supervision. The fifth part mainly analyzes the advanced experience of food safety and food production enterprise supervision at home and abroad. The sixth part puts forward the suggestions and countermeasures of food safety supervision in accordance with the situation of Inner Mongolia region, which provides a reference for the government to supervise food safety more effectively, at the same time, it provides operational ideas and methods for food safety supervision.
