【摘要】:我國自改革開放以來,城市發(fā)展取得了顯著成就,大城市、特大城市不論是在國內(nèi)還是國際上都產(chǎn)生了巨大影響,城市經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展迅速。但是城市發(fā)展除了表現(xiàn)在數(shù)量上以外,還應(yīng)表現(xiàn)在城市質(zhì)量上,也就是城市規(guī)模效益的提高。城市規(guī)模效益是指城市規(guī)模因素與其經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)效益之間的相互關(guān)系,是城市經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的重要范疇。城市規(guī)模包含人口規(guī)模、土地規(guī)模和投資規(guī)模三方面要素,城市在人口、土地及投資規(guī)模等方面的快速擴(kuò)張促進(jìn)了我國城市經(jīng)濟(jì)的迅速發(fā)展,給個(gè)人和企業(yè)帶來了巨大的經(jīng)濟(jì)利益和社會(huì)福利,如多種多樣的商品和服務(wù)等。但我國城市規(guī)模的主要矛盾也逐漸顯現(xiàn)出來,那就是城市規(guī)模效益低下,空間效率較低,城市人口密度低于發(fā)達(dá)國家。中國經(jīng)過改革開放30多年的發(fā)展已有很多現(xiàn)代化大城市,但與國外經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)達(dá)國家的城市如美國紐約、日本東京、韓國首爾等相比,中國城市在人口集中度、城市空間利用效率和城市經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展等方面的相對(duì)規(guī)模仍然還有很大差距。這些都說明中國城市規(guī)模的提升空間還很巨大,中國城市規(guī)模效益的提高也還有很大潛力。本文擬在前人的研究成果基礎(chǔ)之上,從城市的人口規(guī)模、土地規(guī)模和投資規(guī)模與城市效益關(guān)系的角度出發(fā),結(jié)合大連市1994-2013年之間的市轄區(qū)統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù),利用柯布-道格拉斯生產(chǎn)函數(shù)對(duì)大連市城市規(guī)模效益進(jìn)行深入系統(tǒng)的理論分析和實(shí)證考察,通過論證人口規(guī)模、土地規(guī)模及投資規(guī)模對(duì)大連市城市規(guī)模效益的貢獻(xiàn)程度,來判斷大連市城市規(guī)模效益是否存在及作用強(qiáng)度。第一章為緒論,首先說明了關(guān)于城市規(guī)模效益的選題背景和研究意義,接著歸納了國內(nèi)外關(guān)于城市規(guī)模效益的研究成果和研究現(xiàn)狀,同時(shí)提出了自己的研究內(nèi)容、基本框架以及創(chuàng)新與不足。第二章為城市規(guī)模效益的經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)分析,這是本文的理論基礎(chǔ)。首先,利用經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的相關(guān)理論來闡述人口、土地、資本是如何對(duì)城市規(guī)模效益產(chǎn)生影響的;接著,利用城市規(guī)模經(jīng)濟(jì)理論中的集聚經(jīng)濟(jì)、范圍經(jīng)濟(jì)和關(guān)聯(lián)經(jīng)濟(jì)來解釋城市規(guī)模效益的表現(xiàn)和原因;最后,在外部性理論中闡明了由于負(fù)外部性影響的存在會(huì)削弱集聚經(jīng)濟(jì)力量,從而降低了空間集聚的整體經(jīng)濟(jì)效果,即削弱了城市規(guī)模效益,同時(shí)也說明了城市并不是規(guī)模越大效益越高。第三章則解釋說明了城市規(guī)模效益的內(nèi)在機(jī)理,并具體分析了人口規(guī)模、土地規(guī)模及投資規(guī)模與城市效益之間的影響關(guān)系。第四章闡述了構(gòu)建城市規(guī)模效益模型的設(shè)定思想,并利用柯布-道格拉斯生產(chǎn)函數(shù)對(duì)大連市城市規(guī)模效益進(jìn)行了實(shí)證分析,是本文的重點(diǎn),主要對(duì)大連市人口規(guī)模、土地規(guī)模及投資規(guī)模對(duì)大連市城市規(guī)模效益的影響進(jìn)行研究,了解大連市人口、土地及投資對(duì)大連市城市規(guī)模效益的貢獻(xiàn)情況,為提高大連市城市規(guī)模效益提供強(qiáng)有力的數(shù)據(jù)支持。第五章則具體分析了國外城市規(guī)模效益的現(xiàn)狀,并與大連城市規(guī)模效益的現(xiàn)狀做了對(duì)比,總結(jié)了提高大連城市規(guī)模效益的可借鑒經(jīng)驗(yàn)。第六章是本文的政策建議部分,根據(jù)人口規(guī)模、土地規(guī)模及投資規(guī)模對(duì)大連市城市規(guī)模效益影響的模型估計(jì)結(jié)果,主要從城市人口政策、土地利用集約化、城市經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)和沿海經(jīng)濟(jì)帶建設(shè)等角度出發(fā),為大連市提高城市規(guī)模效益提供有意義的政策建議。
[Abstract]:Since China's reform and opening up, the urban development has made remarkable achievements. Big cities and megacities have great impact on both domestic and international, and the urban economy has developed rapidly. But in addition to the number of urban development, urban development should also be shown in the urban quality, that is, the improvement of urban scale efficiency. Interest refers to the relationship between urban scale factors and their economic and social benefits. It is an important category of urban economics. Urban scale includes three aspects of population scale, land scale and investment scale. The rapid expansion of urban population, land and investment scale has promoted the rapid development of urban economy in China, and gives individuals and the scale of the urban economy. Enterprises have brought huge economic benefits and social welfare, such as various kinds of goods and services. But the main contradictions of urban scale in our country are gradually emerging, that is, the urban scale efficiency is low, the space efficiency is low, the urban population density is lower than the developed countries. China has been modernized for more than 30 years after the reform and opening up. Big cities, but compared with the cities of developed countries such as New York in the United States, Tokyo in Japan, and Seoul in South Korea, Chinese cities still have a large gap in the relative size of population concentration, urban space utilization efficiency and urban economic development. These indicate that the urban scale of Chinese cities is still very large, and the cities of China are still very large. On the basis of the previous research results, this paper, based on the population size, land scale, investment scale and urban efficiency of the city, combined with the statistical data of the city area between 1994-2013 years in Dalian, uses the Cobb Douglas production function to the scale of Dalian City The benefit carries on the thorough systematic theoretical analysis and the empirical study, by demonstrating the contribution degree of the population scale, the land scale and the investment scale to the urban scale benefit of Dalian City, to judge whether the city scale benefit of Dalian is existing and the strength of action. Then it summarizes the research achievements and research status of urban scale efficiency at home and abroad, and puts forward its own research content, basic framework and innovation and deficiency. The second chapter is the economic analysis of urban scale efficiency, which is the theoretical basis of this article. First, the theory of economic growth is used to explain population, land, and the theory of economic growth. How does capital affect the scale efficiency of the city; then, using the agglomeration economy in the urban scale economy theory, the scope economy and the related economy to explain the performance and reasons of the urban scale benefit; finally, in the externality theory, it is clarified that the existence of negative externality will weaken the agglomeration economic force and thus reduce the economic strength. The overall economic effect of the spatial agglomeration, that is, weaken the urban scale benefit, and also shows that the city is not the larger the scale, the higher the efficiency. The third chapter explains the inner mechanism of the urban scale benefit, and analyzes the relationship between the scale of the population, the scale of the land and the scale of the investment and the efficiency of the city. The fourth chapter expatiates on the relationship between the scale of the population, the scale of the land and the benefit of the city. Establishing the idea of setting up the model of urban scale benefit, and using Cobb Douglas production function to make an empirical analysis on the scale efficiency of Dalian City, is the key point of this paper. It mainly studies the impact of the scale of population, the scale of land and the scale of investment on the scale efficiency of Dalian city in Dalian, and understand the population, land and land of Dalian. The contribution of investment to the scale efficiency of Dalian city provides strong data support for improving the urban scale efficiency of Dalian city. The fifth chapter analyzes the present situation of the scale efficiency of the cities in foreign countries, and compares it with the present situation of the urban scale efficiency in Dalian, and summarizes the experience of improving the scale efficiency of the city of Dalian. Sixth chapters It is the policy suggestion part of this article. According to the model estimates of the impact of population size, land scale and investment scale on the scale efficiency of Dalian City, it is mainly from the angle of urban population policy, land use intensification, urban economic construction and coastal economic belt construction, which will provide a meaningful way to improve the urban scale efficiency of Dalian city.
