大型國際總包項目風(fēng)險管理研究

【摘要】:隨著全球化步伐的進一步加快,中國亦越來越成為世界重要力量的一角。而與此同時中國建筑施工企業(yè)參與到其它各國項目的頻率也日益增高,而其中尤以大型國際總包項目為主。我們?yōu)檫@些機遇欣喜的同時,應(yīng)該清醒地看到其中的風(fēng)險。但是,由于我國建筑企業(yè)大部分還是以粗放型作業(yè)為主,風(fēng)險意識和管理還是比較薄弱和欠缺,特別是在大型國際總包項目方面的風(fēng)險意識和管理還很不健全,因此為了今后這類項目能夠更加健康有序地發(fā)展,特選擇大型國際總包項目風(fēng)險管理研究作為本文的研究方向。本文通過國內(nèi)外目前風(fēng)險評估和風(fēng)險分析方法的對比研究,找出了我國在風(fēng)險管理方法研究方面與國外的差距及存在的問題,從而以大型國際總包項目風(fēng)險鑒別入手,在結(jié)合國外先進經(jīng)驗的基礎(chǔ)上,綜合應(yīng)用層次分析法和模糊綜合評判法(FAHP)法為大型國際總包項目的風(fēng)險管理理論研究模型的基礎(chǔ)以及科學(xué)依據(jù),進而對大型國際工程總包項目風(fēng)險管理案例,特別是礦山類總包項目進行具體剖析和驗證,并利用數(shù)學(xué)模型研究風(fēng)險管理的量化可能性,提出國際總包項目的風(fēng)險管理和控制方法,以及指出該方法在實際工程應(yīng)用中的效果和價值。本文為國際總包企業(yè)在項目準(zhǔn)備階段以及實施階段如何進行風(fēng)險管理提供了有益的幫助。
[Abstract]:As the pace of globalization accelerates, China is becoming an important part of the world. At the same time, the frequency of Chinese construction enterprises participating in other countries is increasing day by day, especially large international general contracting projects. While we rejoice in these opportunities, we should be aware of the risks. However, because most of the construction enterprises in our country still focus on extensive operation, risk awareness and management are still relatively weak and lacking, especially in the large-scale international general contracting projects, the risk awareness and management are still very imperfect. Therefore, in order to develop this kind of project more healthily and orderly in the future, we choose the risk management research of large international general package project as the research direction of this paper. Based on the comparative study of current risk assessment and risk analysis methods at home and abroad, this paper finds out the gap and existing problems between China and foreign countries in the research of risk management methods, and starts with the risk identification of large international general contracting projects. On the basis of combining the advanced experience of foreign countries, the comprehensive application of analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation (FAHPmethod) is the basis and scientific basis of the theoretical research model of risk management for large international general contracting projects. Then it analyzes and verifies the case of risk management of large international engineering project, especially mine project, and studies the quantification possibility of risk management by using mathematical model. The risk management and control method of international general contracting project is put forward, and the effect and value of this method in practical engineering application are pointed out. This paper provides useful help for international general contracting enterprises how to carry out risk management in the stage of project preparation and implementation.
