【摘要】：城鎮(zhèn)化是我國當前可持續(xù)發(fā)展進程和現(xiàn)代化建設中的重要議題和焦點所在�；趯Τ擎�(zhèn)化內涵及已有文獻的系統(tǒng)梳理認為,內部耦合是城鎮(zhèn)化的本質所在,也是國家新型城鎮(zhèn)化戰(zhàn)略落實的進一步具體化。為此,從"系統(tǒng)-結構""系統(tǒng)-區(qū)域"和"速度-規(guī)模"3個層面系統(tǒng)梳理和構建了城鎮(zhèn)化內部耦合的概念與內涵及其科學問題和價值意義,為進一步認知城鎮(zhèn)化的本質屬性、開展城鎮(zhèn)化質量評價、剖析中國城鎮(zhèn)化演進的時空特征及其影響因素與作用機理、比較中國城鎮(zhèn)化與西方等發(fā)達國家城鎮(zhèn)化的異同等提供了一個新的研究視角和分析思路,也為國家和地區(qū)制定城鎮(zhèn)化健康營運(尤其是城鎮(zhèn)化擴內需、促增長與國家新型城鎮(zhèn)化戰(zhàn)略落實)的戰(zhàn)略措施和空間落實提供了參考借鑒。
[Abstract]:Urbanization is an important topic and focus in the process of sustainable development and modernization in China. Based on the systematic analysis of the connotation of urbanization and the existing literature, it is considered that the internal coupling is the essence of urbanization and the further concretization of the implementation of the national new urbanization strategy. Therefore, this paper systematically combs and constructs the concept and connotation, scientific problems and value significance of the internal coupling of urbanization from the three levels of system-structure, system-region and speed-scale, in order to further understand the essential attributes of urbanization. Carrying out the quality evaluation of urbanization, analyzing the space-time characteristics of China's urbanization evolution, its influencing factors and mechanism, and comparing the similarities and differences between China's urbanization and the urbanization of developed countries such as the West, etc., provide a new research angle and analysis idea. It also provides a reference for countries and regions to formulate healthy operation of urbanization (especially urbanization to expand domestic demand, promote growth and implement the new urbanization strategy of the country).
