論我國地區(qū)行業(yè)商會發(fā)展的邏輯圖景

【摘要】:作為政府與市場、社會之間的橋梁和紐帶的行業(yè)商會,其邁向成熟的標(biāo)志是其自治能力的基本形成,地區(qū)行業(yè)商會成長的重要標(biāo)志則是其在公民社會中承擔(dān)起的重要的職責(zé)。本文通過對民營企業(yè)的所涉社會關(guān)系、自治能力、困難與挑戰(zhàn),矛盾的化解,管理效果與社會公信等多維度刻畫其發(fā)展的邏輯圖景。地區(qū)行業(yè)商會是當(dāng)代市場經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展條件下社會組織生態(tài)進(jìn)化的折射與表現(xiàn),并在深層次上以行業(yè)自治為中心,在政府的積極指導(dǎo)下相互聯(lián)結(jié)為一個(gè)有機(jī)整體。自治性、代表性和職能履行是判斷地區(qū)行業(yè)商會發(fā)展是否成熟的標(biāo)志性向度。
[Abstract]:As a bridge and bond between government and market, the trade chamber of commerce is the sign of its maturing ability, and the important sign of the growth of regional chamber of commerce is its important responsibility in the civil society. This paper describes the logic picture of the development of private enterprises through the social relations, autonomy ability, difficulties and challenges, the resolution of contradictions, management effect and social trust. Regional Chamber of Commerce is the refraction and manifestation of ecological evolution of social organization under the condition of the development of the contemporary market economy, and takes industry autonomy as the center at a deep level, and links with each other as an organic whole under the active guidance of the government. Autonomy, representativeness and functional performance are the hallmarks of the maturity of regional chambers of commerce.
