南昌市物流業(yè)空間集聚特征與演變仿真研究

【摘要】:產(chǎn)業(yè)集群是社會生產(chǎn)力和經(jīng)濟(jì)高速發(fā)展的必然趨勢,產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展與集群都表現(xiàn)出動態(tài)變化的規(guī)律,作為第三產(chǎn)業(yè)的物流產(chǎn)業(yè),也是如此。隨著物流產(chǎn)業(yè)成為城市經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的主要因素之一,對物流企業(yè)的空間布局研究越來越受到廣泛的關(guān)注。物流業(yè)包括有倉儲、運(yùn)輸、信息、貨運(yùn)等許多子產(chǎn)業(yè),是一種復(fù)合型產(chǎn)業(yè),是中國國民經(jīng)濟(jì)組成的重要一部分,物流業(yè)涉及的范圍大、吸收就業(yè)人口多,在促進(jìn)中國國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和提高競爭力等方面有著非常重要的作用。本研究在相關(guān)集聚理論的基礎(chǔ)上對南昌市物流業(yè)集聚特征進(jìn)行了相關(guān)研究分析。通過傳統(tǒng)統(tǒng)計測度方法對南昌市的物流企業(yè)的集聚指數(shù)進(jìn)行了測算。利用交通運(yùn)輸、倉儲和郵政業(yè)相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)分析計算得出南昌市物流企業(yè)的區(qū)位熵均大于1,這表示出南昌市的物流企業(yè)分布在空間上存在集聚的現(xiàn)象,并且南昌市范圍內(nèi)以物流為職業(yè)的人數(shù)大大高于江西省的相應(yīng)人數(shù)。一般認(rèn)為區(qū)位熵LQ的值如果在2以上時,或者是專業(yè)化指數(shù)的值在0.5以上時,此產(chǎn)業(yè)的服務(wù)就主要為區(qū)外服務(wù)。通過計算,南昌市的物流產(chǎn)業(yè)相對于江西省而言,其專業(yè)化水平明顯高于全省平均水平,所以南昌市的物流產(chǎn)業(yè)為專業(yè)化較高的區(qū)外服務(wù)型產(chǎn)業(yè)。利用江西省物流協(xié)會提供的數(shù)據(jù)計算出南昌市物流產(chǎn)業(yè)2012年和2013年的行業(yè)集中度為:36.5%和37.8%,依據(jù)劃分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)得出南昌市物流產(chǎn)業(yè)的市場結(jié)構(gòu)為中高度集中。利用動態(tài)的集聚指數(shù)分析得出南昌市2005-2014年的物流企業(yè)的增長速度為:0.1157,分析出南昌市物流企業(yè)為增長型產(chǎn)業(yè);江西省2005-2014年的物流企業(yè)的增長速度為:0.0946,可以得出江西省的物流企業(yè)也屬于增長型產(chǎn)業(yè);南昌市物流企業(yè)動態(tài)集聚指數(shù)為:1.2230。結(jié)果說明南昌市物流企業(yè)的增長速度大于江西省物流企業(yè)增長的平均速度,已經(jīng)在一定程度上出現(xiàn)了動態(tài)集聚的現(xiàn)象。利用地理信息系統(tǒng)ArcGIS與南昌市1496家物流企業(yè)的地理信息數(shù)據(jù),分析研究得出南昌市物流企業(yè)的空間分布逐漸顯現(xiàn)出向郊區(qū)轉(zhuǎn)移的趨勢。根據(jù)研究分析和建模仿真,提出了南昌市物流業(yè)的建設(shè)應(yīng)該從降低物流業(yè)運(yùn)營成本、提高物流業(yè)貨運(yùn)效率、提高物流業(yè)的通訊能力,從制度體系、科技創(chuàng)新、物流專業(yè)人才的培養(yǎng)、物流培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)的建設(shè)、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的建設(shè)到現(xiàn)代化信息技術(shù)的大范圍應(yīng)用等方面進(jìn)行合理規(guī)劃,并提出具有可實施性的南昌市物流業(yè)空間布局與集聚模式的建設(shè)規(guī)劃建議。
[Abstract]:Industrial cluster is the inevitable trend of social productivity and rapid development of economy. The development of industry and cluster show the law of dynamic change, as the logistics industry of the third industry, the same is true. With logistics industry becoming one of the main factors of urban economic growth, more and more attention has been paid to the spatial distribution of logistics enterprises. The logistics industry includes many sub-industries, such as warehousing, transportation, information, freight transportation, and so on. It is a composite industry and an important part of China's national economy. The logistics industry involves a wide range of people and absorbs a large number of employed people. It plays a very important role in promoting the development of China's national economy and improving its competitiveness. On the basis of relevant agglomeration theory, this paper analyzes the characteristics of logistics agglomeration in Nanchang. The agglomeration index of logistics enterprises in Nanchang is measured by traditional statistical measurement method. The location entropy of logistics enterprises in Nanchang is all greater than 1, which indicates that the distribution of logistics enterprises in Nanchang has the phenomenon of agglomeration in space. In Nanchang, the number of people working in logistics is much higher than that in Jiangxi Province. It is generally believed that if the location entropy LQ is more than 2, or the specialization index is above 0.5, the service of this industry is mainly out-of-area service. Through calculation, compared with Jiangxi Province, the specialization level of logistics industry in Nanchang City is obviously higher than the average level of the whole province, so the logistics industry in Nanchang City is a highly specialized service industry outside the region. According to the data provided by Jiangxi Logistics Association, the industry concentration of Nanchang logistics industry in 2012 and 2013 is calculated to be 36.5% and 37.8% respectively, and the market structure of logistics industry in Nanchang is medium and highly concentrated according to the standard of division. The dynamic agglomeration index analysis shows that the growth rate of logistics enterprises in Nanchang from 2005 to 2014 is 0. 1157, and the logistics enterprises in Nanchang are growth industries. The growth rate of logistics enterprises in Jiangxi Province from 2005 to 2014 is 0: 0.0946. It can be concluded that the logistics enterprises in Jiangxi Province are also growth industries, and the dynamic agglomeration index of logistics enterprises in Nanchang is 1. 2230. The results show that the growth rate of logistics enterprises in Nanchang is higher than the average growth rate of logistics enterprises in Jiangxi Province, and the phenomenon of dynamic agglomeration has appeared to some extent. By using the geographic information system (ArcGIS) and the geographic information data of 1496 logistics enterprises in Nanchang, it is concluded that the spatial distribution of logistics enterprises in Nanchang is gradually moving to the suburbs. According to the research, analysis, modeling and simulation, the paper puts forward that the construction of logistics industry in Nanchang should be based on reducing the operating cost of logistics industry, improving the efficiency of freight transportation, improving the communication ability of logistics industry, and innovating in system and science and technology. The training of logistics professionals, the construction of logistics training institutions, the construction of infrastructure to the large-scale application of modern information technology, and so on, The paper also puts forward some suggestions for the construction of spatial layout and agglomeration mode of logistics industry in Nanchang.
