【摘要】：隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息技術(shù)的迅猛發(fā)展,人類進入了大數(shù)據(jù)時代。作為社會生產(chǎn)力函數(shù)的主要變量,大數(shù)據(jù)推動了技術(shù)創(chuàng)新、經(jīng)濟發(fā)展和社會進步,是推進國家治理體系和治理能力現(xiàn)代化的重要引擎,也是提升大都市治理能力和水平的重要手段。作為社會科學(xué)研究的重要技術(shù),大數(shù)據(jù)拓展了大都市治理研究的廣度、深度和新度,通過挖掘、整理和分析城市大數(shù)據(jù),大都市治理研究可以深入到政治治理、經(jīng)濟治理、社會治理、文化治理、生態(tài)治理諸多領(lǐng)域,能夠聚焦于智慧城市、市場監(jiān)管、公共服務(wù)、環(huán)境保護、公共安全、應(yīng)急管理等眾多議題。隨著大數(shù)據(jù)技術(shù)在社會科學(xué)研究的不斷運用,大數(shù)據(jù)驅(qū)動大都市治理研究將會不斷走向真實、全面和深入。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of information technology, the human race has entered the era of big data. As the main variables of social productivity function, data drive technology innovation, economic development and social progress, is an important engine to promote national governance systems and governance capacity modernization, also is an important means to enhance the capacity and level of metropolitan governance as an important technology. Social science research, big data expands the metropolitan governance research breadth, depth and degree, through mining, collation and analysis of city big data, research on metropolitan governance can go deep into the political governance, economic governance, social governance, governance culture, ecological governance in many areas, to focus on the wisdom of the city, market supervision, public service, environmental protection, public safety, emergency management and many other topics. With the continuous use of big data technology in social science research, big data driven mostly The research on municipal governance will continue to be true, comprehensive and deep.
