【摘要】："十二五"期間是上�？爝f服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展的黃金時(shí)期,快遞業(yè)務(wù)量始終保持高速增長,營業(yè)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)進(jìn)一步完善,服務(wù)能力不斷提高,行業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益持續(xù)明顯提升,成為經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展過程中的一匹"黑馬"。同時(shí)上�？爝f企業(yè)總部云集,不斷釋放發(fā)展?jié)摿?推動(dòng)了整個(gè)郵政行業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)。但在"新常態(tài)"下,上海快遞服務(wù)業(yè)也面臨增速放緩、成本上升過快、就業(yè)水平偏低與環(huán)保理念滯后等發(fā)展隱憂。未來,快遞服務(wù)業(yè)應(yīng)盡快完善頂層設(shè)計(jì),加快推進(jìn)供給側(cè)改革,建設(shè)高素質(zhì)人才隊(duì)伍,推動(dòng)整個(gè)行業(yè)做大做強(qiáng),實(shí)現(xiàn)綠色可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The 12th Five-Year Plan period is the golden period for the development of Shanghai express service industry. Express delivery business volume has always maintained a high growth, business outlets have been further improved, service capacity has been continuously improved, and the economic benefits of the industry have continued to increase significantly.To become a "dark horse" in the process of economic development.At the same time Shanghai express enterprise headquarters gathering, constantly released the development potential, promoting the transformation and upgrading of the entire postal industry.But under the "new normal", Shanghai express service industry also faces the growth rate to slow down, the cost rises too fast, the employment level is on the low side and the environmental protection idea lags behind the development worry and so on.In the future, express service industry should improve top-level design as soon as possible, accelerate supply-side reform, build high-quality talent team, promote the whole industry to become bigger and stronger, and realize green sustainable development.
