基于有約束聚類算法的B2C電商物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:隨著居民消費(fèi)水平的提升,對(duì)質(zhì)量的關(guān)注也越來(lái)越成為消費(fèi)者選擇電商的重要參考標(biāo)準(zhǔn),使得電商之間從“價(jià)格戰(zhàn)”逐步轉(zhuǎn)向“服務(wù)戰(zhàn)”。然而“服務(wù)戰(zhàn)”的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)歸根結(jié)底依然是企業(yè)占領(lǐng)市場(chǎng)與運(yùn)營(yíng)成本間的博弈問(wèn)題,如何搭建B2C電商全國(guó)物流網(wǎng)絡(luò),使得在保持高服務(wù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的前提下,維持較低的運(yùn)營(yíng)成本是關(guān)系到當(dāng)前B2C電商企業(yè)未來(lái)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵性問(wèn)題。針對(duì)B2C電商網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化問(wèn)題,本文設(shè)計(jì)了包含區(qū)域配送中心、前端物流中心與城市節(jié)點(diǎn)的三級(jí)物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu),并明確了節(jié)點(diǎn)功能與輻射范圍。文章共完成如下四方面的工作:第一,分析了影響城市電子商務(wù)發(fā)展水平的主要因素,并從中選取相對(duì)重要的兩個(gè)指標(biāo)網(wǎng)商指數(shù)和網(wǎng)購(gòu)指數(shù)對(duì)全國(guó)30個(gè)省市的訂單量進(jìn)行函數(shù)擬合,得到精確度相對(duì)較高的城市網(wǎng)購(gòu)訂單量估測(cè)模型,并用實(shí)際數(shù)據(jù)加以驗(yàn)證;第二,以城市群理論與引力模型為依托,將城市運(yùn)輸距離與訂單量相結(jié)合,通過(guò)對(duì)歐式距離重新定義,以當(dāng)量距離為約束條件,借助K-中心點(diǎn)聚類算法完成全國(guó)物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)的區(qū)域劃分,并對(duì)劃分的結(jié)果根據(jù)類內(nèi)差指數(shù)進(jìn)行評(píng)估,找出聚類較為合理的方案;第三,首先對(duì)劃分后的區(qū)域進(jìn)行定性分析,選出符合條件的前端物流中心與前端物流中心備選節(jié)點(diǎn),再根據(jù)交通運(yùn)輸、倉(cāng)庫(kù)租賃、運(yùn)營(yíng)、服務(wù)懲罰等成本因素對(duì)區(qū)域內(nèi)包含的城市進(jìn)行評(píng)估,選出符合要求的前端物流中心;第四,對(duì)上述物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化模型結(jié)合實(shí)際數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了分析,實(shí)例中在全國(guó)范圍內(nèi)選取了86個(gè)地級(jí)市,將全國(guó)B2C電商物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)劃分為七個(gè)區(qū)域,并以華東區(qū)為例,搭建了完整的三級(jí)物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)。本文綜合考慮了影響B(tài)2C電子商務(wù)行業(yè)發(fā)展的因素與該領(lǐng)域在物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)搭建過(guò)程中的屬性,通過(guò)對(duì)B2C自營(yíng)物流的電商企業(yè)進(jìn)行多次調(diào)研,了解了相關(guān)企業(yè)的實(shí)際運(yùn)作流程,綜合國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者對(duì)該類問(wèn)題的研究方法、研究思路與研究成果,設(shè)計(jì)出B2C電商全國(guó)物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化的研究步驟。對(duì)該問(wèn)題的研究分兩步進(jìn)行,在現(xiàn)有網(wǎng)絡(luò)拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)的基礎(chǔ)上,第一步實(shí)現(xiàn)全國(guó)物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)的城市聚合,劃分出城市群落。第二步結(jié)合經(jīng)濟(jì)成本等因素選出每個(gè)區(qū)域內(nèi)的前端物流中心,完成網(wǎng)絡(luò)拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)的鏈接。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of residents' consumption level, the attention to quality has become an important reference standard for consumers to choose e-commerce, which makes the price war shift from "price war" to "service war".However, in the final analysis, the competition of "service war" is still a game between enterprises' occupation of market and operation cost. How to build B2C e-commerce national logistics network, so as to maintain high service standards,Maintaining low operating cost is a key issue related to the future development of B2C e-commerce enterprises.Aiming at the B2C e-commerce network optimization problem, this paper designs a three-level logistics network topology including regional distribution center, front-end logistics center and urban node, and clarifies the node function and radiation range.The following four aspects of work have been completed: first, the main factors affecting the development level of urban electronic commerce are analyzed.And select two relatively important indexes online merchants index and online purchase index to fit the order volume of 30 provinces and cities in China, and get a relatively high accuracy of urban online purchase order estimation model, and verify it with actual data; second,Based on the theory of urban agglomeration and gravity model, this paper combines urban transportation distance with order quantity, by redefining Euclidean distance, taking equivalent distance as constraint condition, and using K-center point clustering algorithm to complete the regional division of national logistics network.And the result of the division is evaluated according to the intra-class difference index to find out the more reasonable clustering scheme. Thirdly, the qualitative analysis of the divided area is carried out, and the qualified front-end logistics center and the front-end logistics center are selected.Then according to transportation, warehouse leasing, operation, service penalty and other cost factors to evaluate the cities included in the region, select the front-end logistics center that meets the requirements; fourth,The optimization model of the above logistics network is analyzed in combination with the actual data. 86 prefecture-level cities are selected in the example, and the B2C e-commerce logistics network is divided into seven regions, and the East China area is taken as an example.A complete three-level logistics network structure is built.This paper synthetically considers the factors that affect the development of B2C e-commerce industry and the attributes of this field in the process of logistics network construction. Through many investigations on the e-commerce enterprises of B2C self-run logistics, the paper finds out the actual operation process of the related enterprises.Based on the research methods, ideas and achievements of the domestic and foreign scholars, the research steps of B2C e-commerce national logistics network optimization are designed.The research on this problem is divided into two steps. On the basis of the existing network topology, the first step is to realize the urban aggregation of the national logistics network and to divide the urban community.The second step is to select the front end logistics center in each region by combining economic cost and other factors to complete the link of network topology.
