【摘要】：業(yè)主組織是地方政府治理體系的重要組成部分。國外業(yè)主組織研究主要存在制度主義、社群主義、城市批判理論和新古典經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)四種主導(dǎo)范式,這四種主導(dǎo)范式在爭論和辯護(hù)中進(jìn)一步演化為分離理論流派和融合理論流派。分離理論流派將業(yè)主組織視為一個私有的、隔離的、圈存的、相對獨(dú)立的自治空間,認(rèn)為業(yè)主組織的發(fā)展可以帶來效率、安全、舒適、便利的生活方式;融合理論流派則將業(yè)主組織視為一個開放的、網(wǎng)絡(luò)的、協(xié)調(diào)的、相互連接的自治空間,認(rèn)為業(yè)主組織的發(fā)展可以促進(jìn)社區(qū)信任、溝通、合作、交往等社會資本的提升。在供需框架分析中,分離理論流派始終居于主導(dǎo)地位,即國外業(yè)主組織的發(fā)展是由供給拉動而非需求推動的。
[Abstract]:Owner organization is the important component of local government management system.There are four dominant paradigms in the research of owners' organizations abroad: institutionalism communitarianism urban critical theory and neo-classical economics. These four dominant paradigms have evolved into separate theoretical schools and integrated theoretical schools in the process of argument and defense.The school of separation theory regards the owner's organization as a private, isolated, enclosed, relatively independent autonomous space, and thinks that the development of the owner's organization can bring efficiency, safety, comfort and convenience to the way of life.The school of integration theory regards the owner organization as an open, network, coordinated and interconnected autonomous space, and thinks that the development of the owner organization can promote the promotion of social capital such as community trust, communication, cooperation, communication, and so on.In the analysis of supply and demand framework, the school of separation theory always occupies the leading position, that is, the development of foreign owners' organization is driven by supply rather than demand.
