【摘要】：作為生產與消費重要橋梁,流通業(yè)在我國國民經濟中的重要性越來越被重視,“十二五”規(guī)劃中,我國政府更把流通業(yè)作為發(fā)展的重點。在我國城鄉(xiāng)二元化結構的背景下,農村流通業(yè)對于活躍農村市場、推動農村居民消費的作用舉足輕重。特別是目前在我國擴大內需的要求與中國經濟新常態(tài)下,能否激發(fā)農村消費,農村消費市場的活躍程度至關重要。鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)流通產業(yè)作為其流通業(yè)的主體,發(fā)展狀況需要得到關注和扶持,而且作為農村流通體系的發(fā)展瓶頸,落后的鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)流通業(yè)會嚴重約束農村居民消費積極性和便利程度。本文試圖構建鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)流通企業(yè)對農村消費的影響模型,從東中西部分區(qū)域討論這一影響的程度和方式。本文首先對流通的概念進行界定,接著將流通和消費相關的研究理論進行梳理,然后對國內外目前有關流通產業(yè)與消費之間關系的研究進行詳細介紹,并著重強調了農村流通產業(yè)和農村居民消費的相關研究。其次,本文用描述性統(tǒng)計的方式,對我國現(xiàn)在流通業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進行簡單介紹,從流通業(yè)的總體情況、產業(yè)結構和區(qū)域特征方面對流通行業(yè)的發(fā)展狀況和前景做出總結。在此基礎上,本文分析了農村流通業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,并簡要介紹了我國目前的城鎮(zhèn)化進程,在對流通現(xiàn)狀的探討之后,分析了目前我國農村居民的支出水平和消費結構,并將其與城鎮(zhèn)居民消費支出水平和結構進行比較。為了了解農村消費對于我國目前國民經濟提升的重要地位,本文運用線性回歸的方法對比農村消費與城鎮(zhèn)消費對國民經濟的貢獻潛力。在對鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)流通和農村消費分析的基礎之上,本文重點分析了鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)流通企業(yè)對我國農村居民消費的影響,本文收集了2003-2012年我國東中西部27個省市的面板數據,從城鎮(zhèn)化的視角下對鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)流通企業(yè)和農村居民消費的的關系進行分析,并分區(qū)域從東中西部各自發(fā)展特點,對不同的影響情況進行描述。得到的結論是:鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)流通企業(yè)對農村居民消費影響較深且層次豐富,城鎮(zhèn)化進程對于鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)流通企業(yè)影響農村消費的程度也有推進作用。在對鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)流通企業(yè)和農村居民消費的關系的描述之后,本文運用數據包絡分析的方法構建指標體系,對2003年至2012年鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)流通企業(yè)影響農村居民消費的效率方面進行評價,找出問題年份。最后,本文給出推動鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)流通企業(yè)推進農村消費的一些看法和政策建議,為我國農村流通產業(yè)與鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)流通企業(yè)的發(fā)展做出一定的貢獻。
[Abstract]:As an important bridge between production and consumption, circulation industry has been paid more and more attention to in our national economy. In the 12th Five-Year Plan, our government has taken circulation industry as the focus of development. Rural circulation plays an important role in activating the rural market and promoting the consumption of rural residents. In particular, whether rural consumption can be stimulated under the requirements of expanding domestic demand in China and the new normal state of China's economy, The active degree of rural consumer market is very important. As the main body of circulation industry, the development of township circulation industry needs attention and support, and it is also the bottleneck of the development of rural circulation system. The backward circulation industry in villages and towns will seriously restrict the consumption enthusiasm and convenience of rural residents. This paper attempts to build a model of the influence of township circulation enterprises on rural consumption. This paper first defines the concept of circulation, and then combs the relevant theories of circulation and consumption. Then, the current research on the relationship between circulation industry and consumption at home and abroad is introduced in detail, and the relevant research on rural circulation industry and rural residents' consumption is emphasized. Secondly, this paper uses descriptive statistical method. This paper briefly introduces the current situation of the circulation industry in China, summarizes the development and prospect of the circulation industry from the aspects of the general situation, industrial structure and regional characteristics of the circulation industry. This paper analyzes the development of rural circulation industry, and briefly introduces the current process of urbanization in China. After discussing the current situation of circulation, this paper analyzes the expenditure level and consumption structure of rural residents in China. And compare it with the level and structure of urban residents' consumption expenditure. In order to understand the important role of rural consumption in the promotion of our national economy, This paper uses linear regression method to compare the potential contribution of rural consumption and urban consumption to the national economy, based on the analysis of township circulation and rural consumption. This paper analyzes the influence of township circulation enterprises on rural residents' consumption, and collects the panel data of 27 provinces and cities in east, west and west of China from 2003 to 2012. The relationship between township circulation enterprises and rural residents' consumption is analyzed from the perspective of urbanization. The conclusion is that township circulation enterprises have a deep and rich influence on rural residents' consumption. After describing the relationship between township circulation enterprises and rural residents' consumption, this paper uses the method of data envelopment analysis to construct the index system. This paper evaluates the efficiency of township circulation enterprises in influencing rural residents' consumption from 2003 to 2012, and finds out the problem year. Finally, this paper gives some opinions and policy suggestions on how to promote rural consumption by township circulation enterprises. It contributes to the development of rural circulation industry and township circulation enterprises.
