【摘要】：創(chuàng)新型異質(zhì)性人力資本是企業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展和國家競爭優(yōu)勢的支撐。全球價值鏈在高級生產(chǎn)要素、跨國公司治理、產(chǎn)業(yè)優(yōu)化升級和國家競爭戰(zhàn)略等方面的新變化,客觀上對我國人力資本的演進(jìn)提出了新要求。人力資本要素的內(nèi)涵式演進(jìn)會作用于全球價值鏈各個環(huán)節(jié),價值鏈躍升的過程同時也是異質(zhì)性人力資本不斷向創(chuàng)新型異質(zhì)性人力資本演進(jìn)的過程。從人力資本異質(zhì)性和內(nèi)涵式演進(jìn)視角看,可以選擇以下途徑提升我國全球價值鏈:整合國內(nèi)資源稟賦,布局協(xié)調(diào)型價值鏈;加強(qiáng)跨國公司治理,打造獨享型價值鏈;培育主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè);攀升垂直型價值鏈;開展國際合作,共建區(qū)域型價值鏈。
[Abstract]:Innovative and heterogeneous human capital is the support of sustainable development of enterprises and national competitive advantage. The new changes of global value chain in advanced factors of production, transnational corporation governance, industrial optimization and upgrading, national competitive strategy, etc. Objectively, new requirements are put forward for the evolution of human capital in China. The implicit evolution of human capital elements will act on every link of the global value chain. At the same time, the process of value chain jumping is also the process of the continuous evolution of heterogeneous human capital to innovative and heterogeneous human capital. From the perspective of human capital heterogeneity and connotation evolution, We can choose the following ways to upgrade our global value chain: integration of domestic resource endowment, distribution of coordinated value chain; strengthening the governance of transnational corporations to create exclusive value chain; fostering leading industries; climbing vertical value chain; and developing international cooperation. Build regional value chain together.
