供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革下就業(yè)能力理論研究的發(fā)展路徑

【摘要】:就業(yè)能力概念的提出已經(jīng)有100多年的歷史,其理論發(fā)展取得了巨大的進步,在理論界和實踐領(lǐng)域的影響日益擴展。新世紀以來,就業(yè)能力理論的研究有三條主線,即關(guān)于就業(yè)能力實質(zhì)的研究、關(guān)于就業(yè)能力形成路徑的研究和關(guān)于就業(yè)能力作用機理的研究。隨著對就業(yè)能力認識的不斷深入,世界各國和國際組織都越來越重視勞動者就業(yè)能力的開發(fā),實施了許多就業(yè)能力開發(fā)的政策和規(guī)劃,效果非常顯著。研究和提升勞動者就業(yè)能力,對于我國順利推進供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)改革具有重要意義,根據(jù)國外成果提出了對于我國當(dāng)前就業(yè)能力相關(guān)研究和開發(fā)實踐帶來的啟示。
[Abstract]:The concept of employability has been put forward for more than 100 years, and its theoretical development has made great progress, and the influence in the field of theory and practice has been expanding day by day. Since the new century, there are three main lines in the study of employability theory. That is, the research on the essence of employability, the research on the path of formation of employability and the study on the mechanism of employability. Countries and international organizations all over the world are paying more and more attention to the development of workers' employability, and have implemented many policies and plans for the development of employability. The results are very remarkable. It is of great significance for our country to promote the reform of supply-side structure smoothly. According to the achievements of foreign countries, this paper puts forward the enlightenment to the research and development practice of employment ability in China at present.
