【摘要】：作為市場主體的企業(yè),尤其是大型的集團(tuán)性質(zhì)的企業(yè),決定其是否能實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵一步是資金的雄厚和資金鏈的暢通。債券融資作為我國金融市場上逐步變熱的融資方式,有其不可小覷的優(yōu)勢。但是由于我國特殊的國情以及債券市場不完善的狀況,債券融資和公司績效之間的關(guān)系對(duì)于各大企業(yè)來說仍然不甚明朗。如何才能在進(jìn)行債券融資之前,對(duì)公司未來的績效進(jìn)行預(yù)測,如何才能在最合適的時(shí)間選用最合適的手段將公司利益最大化,成為各大企業(yè)關(guān)注的重要問題。本文從企業(yè)集團(tuán)的視角,站在企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略決策層面,通過分析深圳水務(wù)集團(tuán)進(jìn)行債券融資的過程和方式,將債券融資與公司績效之間的關(guān)系清晰化、明朗化、數(shù)據(jù)化。并在如何降低企業(yè)融資成本,合理規(guī)避融資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制方面提出自己的合理化建議。希望能夠見微知著,為其它同類型企業(yè)提供相關(guān)借鑒。本論文一共分五個(gè)部分:第一部分為緒論,這部分基于債券融資的時(shí)代背景論述了債券融資對(duì)于公司績效的作用和意義,分析了研究內(nèi)容和方法;第二部分綜述了債券融資及其對(duì)公司績效影響的相關(guān)理論基礎(chǔ);第三部分為深圳水務(wù)集團(tuán)債券融資與公司績效研究變量與模型選擇;第四部分主要是深圳水務(wù)集團(tuán)債券融資方案對(duì)公司績效影響的實(shí)證分析;第五部分為總結(jié)和建議。
[Abstract]:As the main body of the market, especially large conglomerate enterprises, The key step in determining whether or not it can achieve sustainable development is the abundant funds and the smooth flow of the capital chain. Bond financing is a means of financing that is becoming hotter and hotter in the financial markets of our country. However, due to the special situation of our country and the imperfect situation of the bond market, the relationship between bond financing and corporate performance is still not clear to the major enterprises. In order to predict the future performance of the company, how to choose the most appropriate means to maximize the company's interests at the most appropriate time has become an important issue for the major enterprises. This paper stands at the level of corporate strategic decision from the perspective of the enterprise group. By analyzing the process and method of bond financing in Shenzhen Water Group, the relationship between bond financing and corporate performance is clearly, clearly and digitalized. This paper is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction. This part discusses the function and significance of bond financing to corporate performance based on the background of bond financing, and analyzes the research contents and methods, the second part summarizes the theoretical basis of bond financing and its impact on corporate performance. The third part is the research variables and model selection of Shenzhen Water Group bond financing and corporate performance; part 4th is the empirical analysis of the impact of Shenzhen Water Group bond financing scheme on corporate performance; part 5th is a summary and recommendations.
