【摘要】：奈特不確定性和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)下的決策框架差異明顯,傳統(tǒng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)度量模型在處理不確定性問(wèn)題上表現(xiàn)的并不令人滿(mǎn)意。處理奈特不確定性的主要統(tǒng)計(jì)決策方法可分為新古典方法、參數(shù)修正方法和貝葉斯方法。在貝葉斯框架下,可以基于學(xué)習(xí)行為構(gòu)造一個(gè)融合外部環(huán)境信息和內(nèi)生主觀預(yù)期的模型,將期望效用最高的行為視為最優(yōu)決策。貝葉斯學(xué)習(xí)行為模型在實(shí)踐中能夠有效的區(qū)分風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和不確定性,對(duì)于解決不確定性環(huán)境下傳統(tǒng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)度量模型容易低估風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和忽略極端風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的問(wèn)題具有積極意義。
[Abstract]:The difference between the decision framework under Knight uncertainty and risk is obvious, and the traditional risk measurement model is not satisfactory in dealing with uncertainty. The main statistical decision methods for dealing with Knight uncertainty can be divided into neoclassical methods. Under Bayesian framework, we can construct a model based on learning behavior that combines external environmental information with endogenous subjective expectations. The behavior with the highest expected utility is regarded as the optimal decision. Bayesian learning behavior model can effectively distinguish between risk and uncertainty in practice. It is of positive significance to solve the problem that the traditional risk measurement model is easy to underestimate the risk and ignore the extreme risk in the uncertain environment.
