【摘要】：正我國(guó)已經(jīng)邁上"十三五"規(guī)劃的新征程,要以提高發(fā)展質(zhì)量和效益為中心,加快形成引領(lǐng)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展新常態(tài)的體制機(jī)制和發(fā)展方式,保持戰(zhàn)略定力,堅(jiān)持穩(wěn)中求進(jìn),統(tǒng)籌推進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治、文化、社會(huì)、生態(tài)文明建設(shè),確保如期全面建成小康社會(huì),為實(shí)現(xiàn)第二個(gè)百年奮斗目標(biāo)和中華民族偉大復(fù)興的中國(guó)夢(mèng)奠定更加堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。要知道,為實(shí)現(xiàn)這個(gè)重大目標(biāo),我國(guó)城市發(fā)展必須率先適應(yīng)新常態(tài),把握新常態(tài),引領(lǐng)新常態(tài),進(jìn)行轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展,為推進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)和各項(xiàng)事業(yè)的發(fā)展創(chuàng)造條件、做出積極貢獻(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:Now that China has embarked on a new journey in the 13th Five-Year Plan, it is necessary to focus on improving the quality and efficiency of development, accelerate the formation of the institutional mechanism and mode of development leading to a new normal for economic and social development, maintain strategic stability and strive for progress in a steady and steady manner. To promote the construction of economic, political, cultural, social and ecological civilization as a whole, to ensure that a well-off society is built in an all-round way as scheduled, and to lay a more solid foundation for Chinese Dream, who has achieved the goal of the second century of struggle and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. In order to achieve this important goal, China's urban development must take the lead to adapt to the new normal, grasp the new normal, guide the new normal, carry out transformation and development, create conditions and make positive contributions to the development of economy, society and various undertakings.
