瀘州市居住與就業(yè)空間格局研究

【摘要】:隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展與城市化進(jìn)程的不斷推進(jìn),城市空間組織結(jié)構(gòu)不斷被改變,而居住與就業(yè)作為城市空間構(gòu)成中的重要組成部分,其在空間中的分布情況直接反映了城市空間中居住與產(chǎn)業(yè)的分布格局,同時(shí)也決定了城市的空間組織結(jié)構(gòu)。因此越來越多的學(xué)者從居住與就業(yè)的空間格局入手研究城市空間結(jié)構(gòu)形成的機(jī)制,研究所選取的尺度多為宏觀或中觀尺度,基于微觀尺度下的研究相對(duì)較少。本文在以上背景下,基于微觀個(gè)體數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)居住與就業(yè)的空間格局形成機(jī)制探討,并在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)研究區(qū)的居住與就業(yè)空間格局演化進(jìn)行模擬、分析居住與就業(yè)空間分布關(guān)系,為城市規(guī)劃制定與產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)劃實(shí)施提出建議,期望為居民的居住與就業(yè)營造更好的環(huán)境,為城市的發(fā)展構(gòu)建更合理的城市空間格局。瀘州市作為成渝經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)中重要的商貿(mào)物流中心,長(zhǎng)江上游重要的航空與水運(yùn)港口城市,在未來的發(fā)展過程中面臨著巨大的機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn),因此文本選取瀘州市作為研究區(qū)域。首先對(duì)收集到的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行預(yù)處理;其次,以相關(guān)規(guī)范或文本作為依據(jù),對(duì)房屋建筑按用途進(jìn)行分類,構(gòu)建統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)與建筑用途之間的匹配關(guān)系;第三,結(jié)合房屋建筑用途分類依據(jù)與各類空間數(shù)據(jù),對(duì)房屋建筑進(jìn)行用途的劃分,此外依據(jù)用途分類與統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)的匹配關(guān)系,實(shí)現(xiàn)宏觀統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)向微觀個(gè)體數(shù)據(jù)的反演;第四,依據(jù)反演結(jié)果結(jié)合UrbanSim模型系統(tǒng),對(duì)瀘州市居民的居住與就業(yè)空間格局的形成的經(jīng)濟(jì)機(jī)制進(jìn)行探討,模擬瀘州市2010年至2015年城市空間格局發(fā)展?fàn)顩r。結(jié)果表明:瀘州市居住空間格局的形成主要是由土地價(jià)格、居住環(huán)境、交通設(shè)施分布共同作用形成的;對(duì)于就業(yè)空間格局的形成起到關(guān)鍵作用的因素為企業(yè)的聚集效應(yīng)、交通的便捷程度、以及影響企業(yè)日后發(fā)展的非居住用地空間大小,而政策引導(dǎo)作用對(duì)于不同的行業(yè)而言,影響的差異性較大;利用模擬結(jié)果與職住匹配性指數(shù)分析研究區(qū)職住空間關(guān)系,結(jié)果表明在中心區(qū)與產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)內(nèi)職住呈現(xiàn)出不均衡,而其余區(qū)域職住關(guān)系較為均衡的特點(diǎn),因此政府應(yīng)在加大發(fā)展產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)的同時(shí)積極推進(jìn)其基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè),吸引就業(yè)者就近居住,改善產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)及周邊區(qū)域居住與就業(yè)不均衡現(xiàn)象。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of social economy and the development of urbanization, the structure of urban spatial organization is constantly changed, and residence and employment as an important part of urban spatial composition. Its distribution in space directly reflects the distribution pattern of residence and industry in urban space. At the same time, it also determines the spatial structure of the city. Therefore, more and more scholars study the formation mechanism of the urban spatial structure from the perspective of the spatial pattern of residence and employment. The scale chosen by the research is mostly macro-scale or meso-scale. In this paper, the formation mechanism of spatial pattern of residence and employment is discussed based on micro-individual data, and the evolution of spatial pattern of residence and employment in the study area is simulated based on the above background. This paper analyzes the spatial distribution relationship between residence and employment, and puts forward some suggestions for urban planning and industrial planning, hoping to create a better environment for residents' residence and employment. As an important trade and logistics center in Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone, Luzhou City is an important aviation and waterway port city in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River. In the process of future development, there are great opportunities and challenges. Therefore, Luzhou City is chosen as the research area. Firstly, the collected data is preprocessed; secondly, based on the relevant norms or texts, Classification of building according to the use of the building, building statistical data and building use of the matching relationship; third, combined with the classification of building uses and all kinds of spatial data, the use of housing buildings for the division, In addition, according to the matching relationship between use classification and statistical data, the retrieval of macro statistical data to micro individual data is realized. 4th, according to the inversion results combined with UrbanSim model system, This paper probes into the economic mechanism of the formation of residence and employment spatial pattern of residents in Luzhou City, and simulates the development of urban spatial pattern in Luzhou City from 2010 to 2015. The results show that the formation of residential spatial pattern in Luzhou City is mainly caused by land price. The factors that play a key role in the formation of the employment spatial pattern are the agglomeration effect of the enterprise, the convenient degree of transportation, and the size of the non-residential land space that will affect the future development of the enterprise. For different industries, the effect of policy guidance is quite different. Using the simulation results and the employment and residence matching index to analyze the spatial relationship between the occupation and housing, the results show that there is an imbalance between the occupation and housing in the central district and the industrial park. However, the other regions have a more balanced relationship between occupation and housing. Therefore, the government should actively promote its infrastructure construction while increasing the development of industrial parks, so as to attract employees to live nearby. To improve the imbalance between housing and employment in industrial parks and surrounding areas.
