【摘要】：針對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型期我國大型復(fù)雜項(xiàng)目所特有的準(zhǔn)市場組織結(jié)構(gòu),運(yùn)用演化博弈理論和方法,系統(tǒng)地探討項(xiàng)目參與主體基于工程技術(shù)服務(wù)的合作機(jī)制,分析各類技術(shù)服務(wù)企業(yè)合作策略選擇的動(dòng)態(tài)演化過程,以及技術(shù)合作風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、技術(shù)溢出損失等因素,尤其是親緣利他偏好和非制度懲罰對(duì)各類技術(shù)服務(wù)企業(yè)行為選擇的影響。研究結(jié)果表明,降低合作努力成本、技術(shù)合作風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和技術(shù)溢出損失,提高合作努力產(chǎn)出和超額收益分配有助于促進(jìn)技術(shù)服務(wù)企業(yè)在項(xiàng)目實(shí)施過程中與業(yè)主的技術(shù)合作。對(duì)經(jīng)原有企業(yè)改制而形成的工程技術(shù)服務(wù)提供者,基于親緣聯(lián)結(jié),增強(qiáng)其親緣利他效用和信任程度;對(duì)于新進(jìn)入者,適度加大開放和完善工程技術(shù)服務(wù)市場,增強(qiáng)非制度集體懲罰,可分別起到降低各類技術(shù)服務(wù)企業(yè)對(duì)超額收益分配的依賴程度,加強(qiáng)各類技術(shù)服務(wù)企業(yè)與業(yè)主合作的作用。
[Abstract]:In view of the quasi - market organization structure peculiar to the large - scale complex project in the country with economies in transition , the paper systematically discusses the cooperation mechanism of the project participation subject based on the engineering technology service , analyzes the dynamic evolution process of the cooperation strategy selection of various technical service enterprises , and the technical cooperation risk , the technology overflow loss and other factors , especially the relationship between the technical cooperation risk and the technology overflow loss . The research results show that the reduction of the cooperative effort cost , technical cooperation risk and technology overflow loss can help to promote the technical service enterprises to cooperate with the owner in the project implementation .
