【摘要】：近幾年來,在多種因素的作用下,農(nóng)民的收入增長(zhǎng)速度緩慢,另一方面伴隨著農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)的變化和發(fā)展,新疆生產(chǎn)建設(shè)兵團(tuán)第六師職工收入的結(jié)構(gòu)呈現(xiàn)出多元化發(fā)展的趨勢(shì),而職工收入結(jié)構(gòu)的變化和職工收入的增長(zhǎng)之間是否存在必然的聯(lián)系是本文所研究的關(guān)鍵,因此,在研究職工收入問題的同時(shí),對(duì)職工收入結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行具體研究將更加具有針對(duì)性。本文主要以2008—2013年的《新疆統(tǒng)計(jì)年鑒》、《新疆生產(chǎn)建設(shè)兵團(tuán)統(tǒng)計(jì)年鑒》和《第六師五家渠市年鑒》為主要的數(shù)據(jù)來源,調(diào)查統(tǒng)計(jì)的數(shù)據(jù)為輔助數(shù)據(jù)來源,并使用動(dòng)態(tài)分析與靜態(tài)分析相結(jié)合,采用鄧聚龍灰色關(guān)聯(lián)度分析等研究方法,對(duì)第六師職工收入結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行深入分析,最后得出第六師職工收入結(jié)構(gòu)的影響因素,并提出優(yōu)化建議。本文的研究?jī)?nèi)容如下:1、首先,根據(jù)研究的需要,界定了兵團(tuán)職工、職工收入和職工收入結(jié)構(gòu)的基本概念;2、其次,展示了新疆生產(chǎn)建設(shè)兵團(tuán)第六師職工收入的總體情況和職工收入來源的結(jié)構(gòu)情況;3、再次,根據(jù)第六師、五家渠市的具體情況分析研究職工收入的結(jié)構(gòu)性影響因素;4、最后對(duì)職工收入的結(jié)構(gòu)性影響因素提出優(yōu)化建議。
[Abstract]:In recent years, under the action of a variety of factors, the growth rate of farmers' income is slow, on the other hand, with the changes and development of rural economy. The income structure of the 6th Division of Xinjiang production and Construction Corps shows a trend of diversified development, and whether there is an inevitable relationship between the change of the income structure of the workers and the growth of the income of the staff and workers is the key to the study in this paper. Therefore, in the study of the income of workers and staff at the same time, the specific study of the income structure of workers will be more targeted. This paper mainly based on the 2008-2013 "Xinjiang Statistical Yearbook". The Statistical Yearbook of Xinjiang production and Construction Corps and the yearbook of Wujiaqu City of 6th Division are the main data sources, and the data of investigation and statistics are auxiliary data sources, and the dynamic analysis and static analysis are combined. By using Deng Julong's grey relational analysis and other research methods, the income structure of 6th division staff and workers is analyzed in depth, and the factors influencing the income structure of 6th division staff and workers are obtained. The research content of this paper is as follows: 1. Firstly, according to the needs of the research, the paper defines the basic concepts of the staff and workers, their income and the income structure of the staff and workers of the Corps; Secondly, it shows the general situation of the income of the staff and workers of the 6th Division of Xinjiang production and Construction Corps and the structure of the income source of the staff and workers. Thirdly, according to the specific situation of 6th Division, Wujiaqu City, the structural factors of employee income are analyzed and studied. Finally, the structural factors affecting the income of the staff and workers put forward optimization suggestions.
