【摘要】:自20世紀(jì)80年代以來,我國電力工業(yè)已經(jīng)取得了突飛猛進(jìn)的發(fā)展,成為了世界電力生產(chǎn)和消費(fèi)大國。火電企業(yè)是能源消耗大戶的同時(shí)也是環(huán)境污染大戶,在生產(chǎn)過程中產(chǎn)生了包括粉煤灰、爐渣、脫硫石膏等大量的固體廢棄物。由于社會(huì)電能需求的不斷增長,火電企業(yè)固體廢棄物數(shù)量也在持續(xù)增加,由此帶來的環(huán)境負(fù)面影響也與日俱增。若將這些固體廢棄物隨意堆放,不僅占用了大量的土地,同時(shí)還會(huì)帶來二次污染。華電蒙能包頭公司對這些固體廢棄物進(jìn)行統(tǒng)一管理并實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)資源的循環(huán)利用成為了企業(yè)的難題。因此,設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)固體廢棄物物流系統(tǒng)成為了解決這一難題的重要途徑。本文介紹了火電企業(yè)固體廢棄物的來源分類與組成性質(zhì),概述了火電企業(yè)固體廢棄物對環(huán)境的污染和綜合利用的有效措施,分析了華電蒙能包頭公司固體廢棄物管理現(xiàn)狀與相關(guān)問題,確定了固體廢棄物物流系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)的必要性。通過對公司ERP系統(tǒng)的分析以及物資管理對SAP系統(tǒng)的具體要求,提出了可嵌入ERP中的固體廢棄物物流系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)方案,并設(shè)計(jì)研發(fā)了固體廢棄物物流系統(tǒng)試用版。通過對該系統(tǒng)的實(shí)際應(yīng)用,對改進(jìn)固體廢棄物管理方式,提高資源循環(huán)利用能力,加強(qiáng)企業(yè)信息化管理工作,解決因固體廢棄物處置而產(chǎn)生的運(yùn)營成本和環(huán)境成本問題等方面具有十分重要的意義。
[Abstract]:Since 1980s, China's power industry has achieved rapid development, has become the world's electricity production and consumption power. The thermal power enterprises is a big energy consumption and environmental pollution produced large, including fly ash, slag in the production process, the desulfurization gypsum and other large solid waste. Because of the social power demand a growing number of thermal power enterprises, solid waste is also increasing, which has brought the negative impact on environment. If these grow with each passing day of solid waste piled up at random, not only takes up a lot of land, but also bring two pollution. Huadian Mongolia Baotou company of these solid wastes for unified management and realize the economic resource recycling has become a the problem. Therefore, the design and implementation of the logistics system of solid waste has become an important way to solve this problem in this paper. Introduces the classification of thermal power enterprise solid waste properties and composition, summarizes the effective measures for environmental pollution and solid waste comprehensive utilization of thermal power enterprises, analyzes the status quo and problems related to solid waste management in Baotou and Mongolia Huadian company, determined the necessity of the design of solid waste material logistics system. Through the analysis of the specific requirements of ERP systems. And the material management of SAP system, puts forward the design scheme of solid waste logistics system embedded in ERP, and design and development of solid waste logistics system trial. Through the practical application of the system, to improve solid waste management, improve the ability of recycling use of resources, strengthen enterprise information management, it is very important to solve due to solid waste disposal costs and the cost of environment problems.
