【摘要】:近年來(lái),特別是近三年來(lái),隨著電子商務(wù)的爆炸式發(fā)展與公共基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)的加速,公路物流市場(chǎng)不斷做大,汽車(chē)貨運(yùn)周轉(zhuǎn)量迅速攀升,對(duì)鐵路物流市場(chǎng)造成強(qiáng)大沖擊,隨著鐵路基準(zhǔn)運(yùn)價(jià)的幾次調(diào)整,鐵路的價(jià)格優(yōu)勢(shì)正在被削弱,加之鐵路物流存在難以進(jìn)行門(mén)到門(mén)運(yùn)輸?shù)膯?wèn)題,使得鐵路綜合物流成本不斷攀升,自身服務(wù)不到位的問(wèn)題也逐漸暴露。蘭州金輪實(shí)業(yè)有限公司是蘭州鐵路局管轄下的最大的煤炭商貿(mào)物流企業(yè),公司在甘肅、寧夏兩省擁有西大灘、大武口、太陽(yáng)山、長(zhǎng)征、平?jīng)瞿、低窩鋪、張掖、打柴溝、柳溝等30多個(gè)煤炭物流基地,四十余條鐵路專用線,公司多年來(lái)一直是甘、寧兩省的重點(diǎn)流通企業(yè),是甘、寧兩省煤炭流通的支柱性企業(yè)之一伴隨公路物流的沖擊與煤炭下游市場(chǎng)的疲軟,依托鐵路政策性支持的戰(zhàn)略優(yōu)勢(shì)越來(lái)越不明顯,公司議價(jià)能力大幅度降低,使得改變管理方式,提高服務(wù)質(zhì)量,向管理要效益,變得越來(lái)越緊迫。本人在蘭州金輪實(shí)業(yè)有限責(zé)任公司工作近10年,對(duì)鐵路物流體系的運(yùn)作方式以及鐵路信息系統(tǒng),特別是蘭州金輪實(shí)業(yè)有限責(zé)任公司的運(yùn)營(yíng)系統(tǒng)有著深刻的個(gè)人理解。在研究參考運(yùn)營(yíng)管理、鐵路貨運(yùn)等相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),并赴國(guó)內(nèi)多家鐵路物流企業(yè)進(jìn)行實(shí)地調(diào)研,拜訪交運(yùn)運(yùn)輸領(lǐng)域的多位專家的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合本人對(duì)公司業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的理解,運(yùn)用了多種研究方法,提出了蘭州金輪實(shí)業(yè)有限責(zé)任公司的現(xiàn)代運(yùn)營(yíng)管理體系的詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì),試圖打造捷高效的現(xiàn)代商業(yè)物流運(yùn)營(yíng)體系,提高組織管理水平、運(yùn)營(yíng)能力,推進(jìn)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展,最終提升企業(yè)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。本文主要研究的內(nèi)容,是打造快捷高效的鐵路物流運(yùn)營(yíng)體系,提高組織管理水平,提升運(yùn)營(yíng)能力,推進(jìn)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展,最終提升企業(yè)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。本文在分析公司原有業(yè)務(wù)流程的基礎(chǔ)上,圍繞如何使業(yè)務(wù)過(guò)程變得可追溯,對(duì)客戶實(shí)施售前、售中、售后的維護(hù),為公司營(yíng)銷(xiāo)奠定基礎(chǔ)!到y(tǒng)將實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)資金流、物流、信息流的一體化,進(jìn)、銷(xiāo)、存的信息的動(dòng)態(tài)展示,并以此為依據(jù)進(jìn)輔助決策,實(shí)現(xiàn)最短的物流服務(wù)周期和最佳企業(yè)效率。本文通過(guò)系統(tǒng)的理論梳理、詳細(xì)的實(shí)證分析、嚴(yán)密的科學(xué)論證等手段,提出蘭州金輪實(shí)業(yè)有限責(zé)任公司運(yùn)營(yíng)管理體系建設(shè)的設(shè)計(jì)方案,為我國(guó)鐵路物流企業(yè)運(yùn)營(yíng)管理體系建設(shè)提供理論支持。通過(guò)本文的研究,最后得出了我國(guó)鐵路物流企業(yè)的現(xiàn)代運(yùn)營(yíng)管理體系的基本框架和具體體方法,并能在各鐵路物流企業(yè)打造現(xiàn)代運(yùn)營(yíng)管理體系的實(shí)踐過(guò)程中起到啟發(fā)和指導(dǎo)作用。
[Abstract]:In recent years, especially in the past three years, with the explosive development of electronic commerce and the acceleration of public infrastructure, the road logistics market has been growing, and the turnover of automobile freight is rising rapidly. It has a strong impact on the railway logistics market. With several adjustments of the railway benchmark price, the price advantage of the railway is being weakened, in addition, the railway logistics is difficult to carry out door-to-door transportation. Lanzhou Jinlun Industrial Co., Ltd. is the largest coal trade logistics enterprise under the jurisdiction of Lanzhou Railway Bureau, the company is in Gansu Province. Ningxia two provinces have Xidatan, Dawukou, Sun Mountain, long March, Pingliang South, low nest shop, Zhangye, Chaigou, Liugou and other more than 30 coal logistics bases, more than 40 railway dedicated lines, the company has been Gan for many years. The key circulation enterprises of the two provinces are the pillar enterprises of coal circulation in Gansu and Ningxia provinces. With the impact of road logistics and the weakness of the coal downstream market, the strategic advantages of relying on the railway policy support are becoming less and more obvious. The bargaining power of the company has been greatly reduced, which makes me change the management mode, improve the service quality and improve the efficiency of the management. I have been working in Lanzhou Jinlun Industrial Co., Ltd for nearly 10 years. The operation mode of railway logistics system and railway information system, especially the operating system of Lanzhou Jinlun Industrial Co., Ltd., has a profound personal understanding. Railway freight transport and other related documents, and went to a number of domestic railway logistics enterprises to carry out field research, to visit the field of transport on the basis of a number of experts, combined with my understanding of the company's business development status. By using a variety of research methods, this paper puts forward the detailed design of modern operation management system of Lanzhou Jinlun Industrial Co., Ltd. in order to build a convenient and efficient modern commercial logistics operation system and improve the level of organization and management. The main content of this paper is to build a fast and efficient railway logistics operation system, improve the level of organization and management, and enhance the operational capability. On the basis of analyzing the original business process of the company, this paper focuses on how to make the business process traceable and carry out pre-sale, in-sale and after-sale maintenance to the customers. Establish the foundation for the company marketing. The system will realize the integration of enterprise capital flow, logistics, information flow, enter, sell, storage information dynamic display, and based on this as the basis for supporting decision-making. To achieve the shortest logistics service cycle and the best enterprise efficiency. This paper through the system of theoretical combing, detailed empirical analysis, rigorous scientific proof and other means. This paper puts forward the design scheme of operation management system construction of Lanzhou Jinlun Industrial Co., Ltd., which provides theoretical support for the construction of operation and management system of railway logistics enterprises in China. Finally, the basic framework and concrete methods of modern operation management system of railway logistics enterprises in China are obtained, which can inspire and guide the construction of modern operation management system in railway logistics enterprises.
