基于系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)的低碳物流系統(tǒng)構(gòu)建與優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:低碳物流是一種在低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)理念下發(fā)展出來(lái)的現(xiàn)代物流模式。通過(guò)資源節(jié)約和綜合利用的方式,達(dá)到低消耗、低污染、低排放的發(fā)展目標(biāo)。在綜合衡量環(huán)境影響和能源消耗的基礎(chǔ)上,思考如何使物流系統(tǒng)通過(guò)節(jié)能減排,實(shí)現(xiàn)與經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)、生態(tài)環(huán)境的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展。本論文首先系統(tǒng)地梳理了低碳物流的內(nèi)涵、特征及相關(guān)理論,并對(duì)碳減排、碳交易和碳稅的概念和內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行論述,完善對(duì)低碳物流的界定;其次,應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)方法構(gòu)建低碳物流系統(tǒng)模型,并對(duì)其從技術(shù)和政策兩個(gè)層面予以分析。同時(shí),從物流運(yùn)輸環(huán)節(jié)和低碳政策層面各自選取對(duì)象,重點(diǎn)進(jìn)行物流系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)輸調(diào)配路徑優(yōu)化研究和碳交易、碳稅政策下物流系統(tǒng)碳減排研究;最后,展開(kāi)對(duì)低碳物流系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行的策略分析和研究,提出以社會(huì)需求拉動(dòng)、低碳技術(shù)推動(dòng)和政府的激勵(lì)和約束三個(gè)層面促進(jìn)低碳物流系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行以實(shí)現(xiàn)其整體功能。通過(guò)對(duì)低碳物流系統(tǒng)的整體和部分功能的構(gòu)建和研究,尋求實(shí)現(xiàn)低碳物流發(fā)展新模式的有效途徑和方法,協(xié)調(diào)低碳物流發(fā)展與經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)、生態(tài)環(huán)境的關(guān)系。本論文以低碳物流系統(tǒng)構(gòu)建和優(yōu)化研究為主題,梳理現(xiàn)有低碳物流研究的理論體系,運(yùn)用多學(xué)科理論建立起低碳物流系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化模型及運(yùn)行策略。
[Abstract]:Low carbon logistics is a modern logistics development mode under the idea of low carbon economy. Through the way of resource conservation and comprehensive utilization, low consumption, low pollution, low emission development goals. On the basis of a comprehensive measure of environmental impact and energy consumption, think about how to make the logistics system through the implementation of energy-saving emission reduction. With the economic and social coordinated development of ecological environment. This paper systematically analyzes the connotation of low-carbon logistics, characteristics and related theory, and the concept and connotation of carbon emissions, carbon trading and carbon tax are discussed, improve the definition of low carbon logistics; secondly, by the methods of system dynamics to build low carbon logistics system analysis of the model, and be from two aspects of technology and policy. At the same time, from the logistics and transport links and low carbon policy level of their selected objects, and focuses on the carbon allocation of transportation route optimization for logistics system Easy, on the carbon emission reduction of logistics system under carbon tax policy; finally, strategy analysis and Research on low carbon logistics system, put forward to the social demand, promoting low-carbon technology and government incentives and constraints in three aspects to promote low-carbon logistics system in order to achieve its overall function. The construction and study of low carbon logistics system and part of the overall function, seek effective ways and methods to realize the new development model of low carbon logistics, low carbon logistics coordination with economic and social development, ecological environment. In this paper, low carbon logistics system construction and optimization of the theme, the theoretical system of combing the existing low carbon Logistics research, using the subject theory to establish optimization model and operation strategy of low carbon logistics system.
