【摘要】：新型城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)時當(dāng)前中國經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展的熱點問題,而新型城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)中的重要一環(huán)就是城市自身發(fā)展質(zhì)量的好壞,無論是新型城鎮(zhèn)化還是城市發(fā)展,貫穿其中的主線就是能否較好地做到以人為中心。能否將以人為本的理念很好地貫徹到城市建設(shè)與發(fā)展中,是衡量城市發(fā)展質(zhì)量乃至城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)質(zhì)量的重要標(biāo)志。本文在認真界定城市發(fā)展質(zhì)量內(nèi)涵的基礎(chǔ)上,回顧了建國后我國城市發(fā)展的歷程,并從以人為本的角度對我國主要省會城市的發(fā)展質(zhì)量進行了測度與評價,最后從以人為本的角度提出了我國城市發(fā)展的對策,以促進我國城市發(fā)展向著更加以人為本、更加全面協(xié)調(diào)的方向前進。
[Abstract]:New urbanization construction is a hot issue in China's current economic and social development, and an important part of the new urbanization construction is the quality of the development of the city itself, whether new urbanization or urban development. The main line that runs through it is whether people can be the center, and whether the people-oriented concept can be well carried out in the construction and development of the city. It is an important symbol to measure the quality of urban development and even the quality of urbanization construction. On the basis of defining the connotation of urban development quality, this paper reviews the course of urban development in China after the founding of the people's Republic of China. And from the people-oriented point of view of the development of the main provincial capitals of our country to measure and evaluate the quality, and finally from the people-oriented point of view to put forward the countermeasures of urban development in China. In order to promote our urban development towards more people-oriented, more comprehensive and coordinated direction.
