【摘要】：調(diào)達(dá)物流作為一種新型物流管理模式,近年來(lái)已逐步被國(guó)內(nèi)各大汽車(chē)主機(jī)廠所采用。它是由主機(jī)廠委托第三方物流公司,按照訂單計(jì)劃到零部件供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行取貨,在預(yù)定的時(shí)間到主機(jī)廠完成交貨任務(wù)的物流過(guò)程。隨著汽車(chē)物流企業(yè)的發(fā)展壯大,物流公司承接的調(diào)達(dá)物流業(yè)務(wù)在逐步增加,物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)也隨之?dāng)U展。由于零部件供應(yīng)商的分布區(qū)域廣,一個(gè)主機(jī)廠的供應(yīng)商就達(dá)到數(shù)百家之多,而在某一小區(qū)域內(nèi)也通常有幾十家供應(yīng)商。對(duì)于物流企業(yè)來(lái)說(shuō),如何在考慮未來(lái)貨量變動(dòng)的情況下,對(duì)調(diào)達(dá)物流區(qū)域網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,合理配置資源,降低企業(yè)運(yùn)作成本,已成為急需解決的問(wèn)題。本文基于物流企業(yè)在考慮貨量變動(dòng)下的調(diào)達(dá)物流區(qū)域網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化進(jìn)行研究,主要做了以下三方面的研究工作:第一,本文首先對(duì)調(diào)達(dá)物流區(qū)域集配中心選址進(jìn)行了分析,在考慮貨量變動(dòng)的情況下,采用重心法進(jìn)行選址模型的建立與算法設(shè)計(jì),經(jīng)過(guò)多次迭代計(jì)算,確定區(qū)域集配中心的選址方案;第二,在完成區(qū)域集配中心選址的基礎(chǔ)上,使用節(jié)約里程法對(duì)調(diào)達(dá)物流取貨線路進(jìn)行優(yōu)化研究,并確定取貨線路優(yōu)化方案;第三,本文采用國(guó)內(nèi)某物流公司的實(shí)際案例對(duì)集配中心選址和線路優(yōu)化方案進(jìn)行了實(shí)證研究,并得到了滿意的驗(yàn)證結(jié)果,證明了本文研究?jī)?nèi)容的有效性和科學(xué)性。
[Abstract]:As a new logistics management mode, Tianda logistics has been gradually adopted by major automobile mainframe factories in China in recent years. It is entrusted by the host factory to the third party logistics company. According to the order plan, take the goods from the parts supplier and complete the delivery process at the scheduled time. With the development of the automobile logistics enterprise. Logistics companies to undertake the Tianda logistics business is gradually increasing, the logistics network also expanded. Due to the wide distribution of components suppliers, a host factory suppliers to hundreds of. However, there are usually dozens of suppliers in a small area. For logistics enterprises, how to optimize the regional network of Tianda logistics and allocate resources rationally when considering the future volume change. Reducing the operating cost of enterprises has become an urgent problem. Based on logistics enterprises in the consideration of volume changes in the Tianda logistics regional network optimization research, mainly do the following three aspects of research work: first. In this paper, first of all, the location of Yada logistics regional distribution center is analyzed. Considering the change of volume, the center of gravity method is used to build the location model and algorithm design, after repeated iterative calculation. To determine the location of the regional distribution center; Second, on the basis of the completion of the location of the regional distribution center, using the mileage saving method to optimize the delivery route of the dispatch logistics, and to determine the optimal plan of the delivery line; Thirdly, this paper uses the actual case of a domestic logistics company to carry on the empirical research on the location of distribution center and route optimization scheme, and obtains the satisfactory verification result. It proves the validity and scientific nature of the research content in this paper.
