【摘要】：大同市房地產(chǎn)庫存較多的原因主要是城市建設(shè)規(guī)�？焖贁U大,城鎮(zhèn)化率迅速提高,致使房價快速上漲,最后導(dǎo)致庫存迅速增加�？梢詮墓膭罘康禺a(chǎn)商適當(dāng)降價銷售、繼續(xù)優(yōu)化教育和環(huán)境等基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、招商引資和戶籍政策吸引人口、加快棚戶區(qū)改造、政府購買作為公有住房、開發(fā)商分期付款、開發(fā)商售轉(zhuǎn)租等方面考慮出臺相關(guān)政策。
[Abstract]:The main reason for the large inventory of real estate in Datong is the rapid expansion of urban construction scale, the rapid increase of urbanization rate, resulting in a rapid rise in house prices. Finally lead to rapid increase in inventory. We can encourage real estate developers to reduce prices, continue to optimize education and environmental infrastructure, attract investment and household registration policies to attract population, accelerate the transformation of shantytowns. Government purchase as public housing, developers installment payments, developers sublease and other aspects to consider the introduction of relevant policies.
