【摘要】:在全球氣溫變暖、環(huán)境惡化、能源枯竭的嚴(yán)峻形勢(shì)下,各國(guó)紛紛嘗試經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的新模式,低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)應(yīng)運(yùn)而生,成為經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的必然趨勢(shì)。我國(guó)更是把低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展上升到戰(zhàn)略層面,逐步制定了應(yīng)對(duì)低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)的相關(guān)政策和法律法規(guī)。在低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)的時(shí)代背景下,低碳發(fā)展能力已經(jīng)成為了企業(yè)的一種基本生存能力,能為企業(yè)帶來(lái)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì),幫助企業(yè)持續(xù)健康發(fā)展,獲取更多政策資源和市場(chǎng)資源。物流業(yè)被稱為第三利潤(rùn)源,近幾年來(lái)發(fā)展迅速,但發(fā)展方式卻較粗放,社會(huì)物流總費(fèi)用太高且碳排放量巨大。這與我國(guó)節(jié)能減排的發(fā)展目標(biāo)不相符合,同時(shí)也增加了物流業(yè)的經(jīng)營(yíng)成本。因此本文立足于低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢(shì),以物流企業(yè)的低碳競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力為研究對(duì)象,旨在幫助物流企業(yè)找出自身低碳競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的缺陷所在,探究物流企業(yè)低碳發(fā)展的具體對(duì)策。本文首先研究了物流行業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和物流行業(yè)碳排放現(xiàn)狀,在得出物流行業(yè)能源消耗巨大碳排放量激增的基礎(chǔ)上明確物流企業(yè)低碳發(fā)展的必要性,找出了導(dǎo)致物流運(yùn)營(yíng)環(huán)節(jié)高碳排放的主要因素。其次對(duì)本文研究對(duì)象“物流企業(yè)低碳競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力”進(jìn)行了概念界定,并將其與“物流企業(yè)低碳發(fā)展”的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了具體說(shuō)明。然后在把握概念內(nèi)涵、分析影響因素、明確評(píng)價(jià)目的的基礎(chǔ)上利用理論分析法、頻度統(tǒng)計(jì)法、專家咨詢法等方法選取關(guān)鍵指標(biāo)構(gòu)建了物流企業(yè)低碳競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的三層評(píng)價(jià)體系,并確定了基于熵權(quán)法的TOPSIS評(píng)價(jià)模型,選取十家具有代表性的物流企業(yè)進(jìn)行了低碳競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力評(píng)價(jià)的實(shí)證分析。實(shí)證結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)物流行業(yè)整體低碳競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力不強(qiáng)且企業(yè)之間差距明顯。實(shí)證分析幫助物流企業(yè)明確低碳競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力不強(qiáng)的問(wèn)題所在,同時(shí)也為相關(guān)部門對(duì)物流企業(yè)的低碳發(fā)展評(píng)估提供參考。最后本文提出了面向物流企業(yè)低碳發(fā)展的具體對(duì)策:政府的政策引導(dǎo)與法律保障,行業(yè)組織的積極配合,企業(yè)從資源能力、管理能力、技術(shù)能力、環(huán)保能力四個(gè)方面培育低碳競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,消費(fèi)者自覺(jué)提高低碳意識(shí)。相信這些對(duì)策能夠?qū)ξ锪髌髽I(yè)粗放發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)型起到作用,使物流企業(yè)從容應(yīng)對(duì)低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢(shì),實(shí)現(xiàn)持續(xù)健康的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Under the severe situation of global warming, environmental deterioration and energy depletion, many countries have tried new models of economic development, and low-carbon economy has emerged as the times require. Become the inevitable trend of economic development. China has raised the development of low-carbon economy to the strategic level, and gradually formulated the relevant policies and laws and regulations to deal with low-carbon economy. In the context of the era of low-carbon economy. Low-carbon development ability has become a basic survival ability of enterprises, which can bring competitive advantages to enterprises and help enterprises to develop healthily. Access to more policy resources and market resources. Logistics industry is known as the third source of profit, in recent years, rapid development, but the way of development is more extensive. The total cost of social logistics is too high and the carbon emissions are huge. This is not in line with the development goal of energy saving and emission reduction in China, but also increases the operating cost of logistics industry. Therefore, this paper is based on the low-carbon economic situation. Taking the low carbon competitiveness of logistics enterprises as the research object, the purpose of this paper is to help logistics enterprises find out the defects of their low carbon competitiveness. This paper first studies the current situation of logistics industry development and the current situation of carbon emissions in logistics industry. In the logistics industry energy consumption huge carbon emissions surge on the basis of clear logistics enterprises low carbon development necessity. Find out the main factors that lead to high carbon emissions in logistics operation. Secondly, define the concept of "low carbon competitiveness of logistics enterprises". And the relationship between it and "low carbon development of logistics enterprises" is explained in detail. Then, on the basis of grasping the concept connotation, analyzing the influencing factors and defining the purpose of evaluation, we use the theory analysis method and the frequency statistics method. The expert consultation method and other methods selected key indicators to build a three-tier evaluation system of low carbon competitiveness of logistics enterprises, and determined the TOPSIS evaluation model based on entropy weight method. Ten representative logistics enterprises are selected to carry out the empirical analysis of low-carbon competitiveness evaluation. The empirical results show that the overall low carbon competitiveness of logistics industry is not strong and the gap between enterprises is obvious. The problem is that low carbon competitiveness is not strong. At the same time, it also provides a reference for the relevant departments to evaluate the low-carbon development of logistics enterprises. Finally, this paper puts forward specific countermeasures for the low-carbon development of logistics enterprises: government policy guidance and legal protection. With the active cooperation of industry organizations, enterprises cultivate low-carbon competitiveness from four aspects: resource ability, management ability, technical ability and environmental protection ability. It is believed that these countermeasures can play an important role in the transformation of extensive development mode of logistics enterprises and enable logistics enterprises to cope with the low carbon economic situation and realize sustainable and healthy development.
