【摘要】:零售業(yè)作為商品流通的最終環(huán)節(jié),是消費(fèi)拉動經(jīng)濟(jì)的著力點(diǎn),在推動國民經(jīng)濟(jì)增長、連接消費(fèi)與生產(chǎn)、滿足生活需求和吸納社會勞動力等方面的作用顯著。20世紀(jì)90年代以來,隨著城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程加快,我國城市人口規(guī)模迅速擴(kuò)大。新型城鎮(zhèn)化的推進(jìn),又進(jìn)一步提高了城鎮(zhèn)居民的消費(fèi)水平,促使其消費(fèi)理念和消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)不斷變化,零售業(yè)態(tài)變遷迅猛。城鎮(zhèn)作為零售業(yè)發(fā)展的載體,與零售業(yè)態(tài)的變遷息息相關(guān),在我國新型城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程中,涵蓋的要素供給、消費(fèi)行為和技術(shù)創(chuàng)新等變化,是引起零售業(yè)態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和業(yè)態(tài)創(chuàng)新的重要動因,因此,對新型城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程中零售業(yè)態(tài)變遷的研究很有必要。在城鎮(zhèn)化和新型城鎮(zhèn)化的推進(jìn)過程中,我國零售業(yè)的發(fā)展也出現(xiàn)了一些問題。零售業(yè)態(tài)的出現(xiàn)缺乏階段性,同時(shí)不具備明顯的競爭優(yōu)勢。在零售業(yè)的發(fā)展過程中,許多零售業(yè)態(tài)的市場定位不準(zhǔn)確,同質(zhì)化競爭過于激烈,零售業(yè)態(tài)創(chuàng)新效率底下。如何就城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程中零售業(yè)態(tài)發(fā)展存在的問題找到有效的辦法,是助力零售業(yè)態(tài)在新型城鎮(zhèn)化背景下實(shí)現(xiàn)合理變遷,推動我國零售業(yè)健康有序發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵要素。本文是在新型城鎮(zhèn)化的背景下,分析零售業(yè)態(tài)的變遷和發(fā)展。主要結(jié)合城鎮(zhèn)化和新型城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程中我國零售業(yè)態(tài)變遷的路徑和特點(diǎn),在總結(jié)零售業(yè)態(tài)變遷影響因素的基礎(chǔ)上,應(yīng)用聚集經(jīng)濟(jì)效應(yīng)理論,從城鎮(zhèn)化的靜態(tài)聚集經(jīng)濟(jì)效應(yīng)和動態(tài)聚集經(jīng)濟(jì)效應(yīng)兩個(gè)方面,分析新型城鎮(zhèn)化帶來的城市要素供給、消費(fèi)行為、消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)和技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的變化,從而解釋新型城鎮(zhèn)化如何推進(jìn)零售業(yè)態(tài)的變遷。最后,基于以上分析,提出了新型城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程中零售業(yè)態(tài)合理變遷的建議。
[Abstract]:As the final link of commodity circulation, retail industry is the focus of consumption-driven economy, which promotes the growth of national economy and links consumption and production. Since 90s, with the acceleration of urbanization, the scale of urban population in China has expanded rapidly. It further improves the consumption level of urban residents, impel their consumption concept and consumption structure to constantly change, and the rapid change of retail form. As a carrier of retail development, cities and towns are closely related to the changes of retail patterns. In the process of new urbanization in China, the changes of factor supply, consumption behavior and technological innovation are the important reasons for the structural adjustment and innovation of retail trade. It is necessary to study the change of retail trade in the process of new urbanization. In the process of urbanization and new urbanization, there are some problems in the development of retail industry in China. At the same time, there is no obvious competitive advantage. In the development of retailing, the market positioning of many retail forms is not accurate, and the homogeneous competition is too fierce. How to find an effective way to solve the problems existing in the development of retail form in the process of urbanization is to help the retailing form to realize reasonable changes under the new urbanization background. The key factors to promote the healthy and orderly development of China's retail industry. This paper is in the context of new urbanization. This paper analyzes the changes and development of retail formats, mainly combines the path and characteristics of the changes of retail formats in the process of urbanization and new urbanization, and summarizes the influencing factors of the changes of retail forms. Based on the theory of agglomeration economic effect, this paper analyzes the supply and consumption behavior of urban elements brought by new urbanization from two aspects: static aggregate economic effect and dynamic aggregate economic effect. The change of consumption structure and technological innovation explains how the new urbanization promotes the change of retail form. Finally, based on the above analysis, the paper puts forward some suggestions on the rational change of retail form in the process of new urbanization.
