【摘要】：近年來,離岸外包已成為國際貿(mào)易的新興增長點。中國作為一個典型的發(fā)展中大國,客觀評價其對異質(zhì)性勞動力就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的影響,對于我國經(jīng)濟結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展和社會穩(wěn)定具有重大意義。本文從產(chǎn)品內(nèi)分工的角度對中國離岸外包進(jìn)行定義,強調(diào)參與國際分工對異質(zhì)性勞動力就業(yè)可能帶來的利與弊。本文的研究內(nèi)容如下：首先,運用投入產(chǎn)出分析法,利用世界投入產(chǎn)出數(shù)據(jù)庫的區(qū)域型投入產(chǎn)出表,通過國際間投入產(chǎn)出模型對我國總出口進(jìn)行分解,以中國出口中的國外增加值占比作為我國離岸外包水平的測算指標(biāo),測算了制造業(yè)中向發(fā)達(dá)經(jīng)濟體以及細(xì)分行業(yè)的外包指數(shù)；其次,結(jié)合勞動力的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),對中國就業(yè)現(xiàn)狀和異質(zhì)性勞動力就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行描述性分析；最后,分別考慮技術(shù)行業(yè)分類及貿(mào)易伙伴差異的情況下,通過動態(tài)面板數(shù)據(jù)模型研究中國離岸外包對異質(zhì)性勞動力就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的影響。本文的主要研究結(jié)論如下：第一,中國出口中國內(nèi)增加值比例下降,出口結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)向中間產(chǎn)品,離岸外包水平呈現(xiàn)趨勢性上升,制造業(yè)中向發(fā)達(dá)經(jīng)濟體外包和高技術(shù)行業(yè)外包水平較高,深入到國際生產(chǎn)分工體系之中。第二,中國異質(zhì)性勞動力就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)趨勢性改善,將制造業(yè)按技術(shù)密度劃分的就業(yè)增長幅度呈現(xiàn)V型特征,同時高技術(shù)行業(yè)就業(yè)極化現(xiàn)象顯著。第三,中國離岸外包總體上優(yōu)化了異質(zhì)性勞動力就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu),高技術(shù)行業(yè)的推動作用更為顯著；向發(fā)達(dá)經(jīng)濟體外包在制造業(yè)加劇了就業(yè)極化現(xiàn)象,但在中、高技術(shù)行業(yè)促進(jìn)了我國就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級；同時,離岸外包帶來了工資彈性上升、抑制了自主研發(fā)對異質(zhì)性勞動力就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的改善,帶來了一定程度的就業(yè)風(fēng)險。
[Abstract]:In recent years, offshore outsourcing has become a new growth point of international trade. China as a typical developing country, objective evaluation of its impact on the heterogeneity of the employment structure, which has great significance for the development and social stability of China's economic restructuring. The definition of Chinese offshore outsourcing from the perspective of intra product specialization. Emphasize the participation in the international division of labor on the heterogeneous labor employment may bring advantages and disadvantages. The research contents of this paper are as follows: firstly, using the input-output analysis method, input-output table by Region world input-output database, through the International Input-Output Model to decompose China's total exports, the proportion of the added value as the measurement index China's offshore outsourcing level to China export in foreign developed economies, to measure the manufacturing industry segments and outsourcing index; secondly, the combination of labor The relevant data, descriptive analysis of China employment status and heterogeneous labor employment structure; finally, considering the classification and trading partner difference technology industry, through the dynamic panel data model to study China offshore outsourcing impact on the heterogeneity of the employment structure. The main conclusions are as follows: first, China export increase the decline in the proportion of China value, export structure to intermediate products, offshore outsourcing level presents the trend of rising to the high developed economy and high technology outsourcing outsourcing industry level in the manufacturing industry, into the international division of labor. Second, heterogeneity of labor employment structure will improve the Chinese trend, manufacturing growth by technology of density division the employment rate showed characteristics of V type, and high technology industry employment polarization phenomenon is significant. Third, Chinese offshore outsourcing overall advantages The heterogeneity of the employment structure, promoting the role of high technology industry is more significant to the developed economies; outsourcing increasing employment polarization in the manufacturing industry, but in the high technology industry, promote the upgrading of China's employment structure; at the same time, offshore outsourcing brings wage elasticity increased, inhibited the improvement of heterogeneous labor the employment structure of the independent research and development, to bring a certain degree of employment risk.
