【摘要】：基礎設施項目可持續(xù)性評價是基礎設施項目決策的重要組成部分。在文獻研究的基礎上,構建了城鎮(zhèn)基礎設施項目可持續(xù)性評價指標體系。在評價過程中,針對基礎設施項目可持續(xù)性表現(xiàn)出的隨機性和模糊性等特點和評價過程中決策者可能存在的屬性狀態(tài)偏好,引入云模型描述基礎設施項目可持續(xù)性的各屬性,實現(xiàn)了基礎設施項目可持續(xù)性的不確定性度量,并通過懲罰因子對屬性值進行修正,提出了基于云模型的基礎設施項目可持續(xù)性評價方法。
[Abstract]:The sustainability evaluation of infrastructure projects is an important part of infrastructure project decision-making. Based on the literature research, the evaluation index system of urban infrastructure project sustainability is constructed. In view of the randomness and fuzziness of the sustainability of infrastructure projects and the attribute state preferences that may exist in the evaluation process, the cloud model is introduced to describe the attributes of the sustainability of infrastructure projects. The uncertainty measurement of the sustainability of infrastructure projects is realized, and the method of evaluating the sustainability of infrastructure projects based on cloud model is proposed by modifying the attribute values with penalty factors.
