【摘要】：本文針對新型農(nóng)村社區(qū)為載體的就業(yè)市場,以提高社區(qū)就業(yè)信息的集成性、信息獲取的便捷性和信息服務(wù)的準(zhǔn)確性為目標(biāo),采取以社區(qū)做為信息管理服務(wù)基本單元,通過信息協(xié)同,實(shí)現(xiàn)社區(qū)間信息共享,設(shè)計(jì)就業(yè)信息管理系統(tǒng)體系結(jié)構(gòu),并基于個(gè)性化技術(shù)、信息抓取等技術(shù),建立面向新型農(nóng)村社區(qū)的就業(yè)信息管理系統(tǒng),為社區(qū)居民、小微企業(yè)和新型農(nóng)村生產(chǎn)組織提供便捷的就業(yè)信息服務(wù),主要內(nèi)容包括:(1)以新型農(nóng)村社區(qū)為對象,在就業(yè)信息服務(wù)業(yè)務(wù)邏輯分析的基礎(chǔ)上,采取以行政社區(qū)做為信息服務(wù)的基本單元,設(shè)計(jì)兩層業(yè)務(wù)邏輯結(jié)構(gòu),建立由中心域、社區(qū)域組成的兩級域網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型,構(gòu)建由信息查詢、信息發(fā)布、信息推送、信息抓取等模塊組成的功能模型,依據(jù)資源類型和就業(yè)信息資源目錄模型,設(shè)計(jì)用戶角色模型等,據(jù)此形成面向新型農(nóng)村社區(qū)的就業(yè)信息管理系統(tǒng)體系結(jié)構(gòu)。(2)設(shè)計(jì)面向新型農(nóng)村社區(qū)的就業(yè)信息資源目錄,基于就業(yè)信息服務(wù)核心信息(如用工信息、實(shí)用信息),結(jié)合行業(yè)分類、職業(yè)分類、行政區(qū)劃、政策分類等,建立就業(yè)信息資源目錄模型,基于數(shù)據(jù)流和數(shù)據(jù)字典,建立就業(yè)信息數(shù)據(jù)關(guān)系模型,包括社區(qū)、企業(yè)、用工、實(shí)用和人才等5類信息,進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)規(guī)范性設(shè)計(jì)。(3)構(gòu)建基于用戶興趣模型的就業(yè)信息個(gè)性化服務(wù),采用向量空間模型,對用戶興趣特征與用工信息特征進(jìn)行表示,通過對用戶行為的跟蹤記錄,建立用戶興趣模型,采用漸進(jìn)遺忘的方法進(jìn)行動態(tài)更新,最終計(jì)算用戶興趣特征向量與用工信息特征向量的相似度,進(jìn)行推薦。通過個(gè)性化就業(yè)信息推薦服務(wù)實(shí)驗(yàn),查全率達(dá)到76.11%,查準(zhǔn)率達(dá)到85.29%,F-調(diào)和均值達(dá)到0.8,結(jié)果表明,可以為便捷的信息獲取提供技術(shù)手段,實(shí)現(xiàn)就業(yè)信息的個(gè)性化推送。(4)提出基于自適應(yīng)閾值的網(wǎng)頁正文抽取算法,以基于文本密度的正文抽取做為基礎(chǔ)算法,結(jié)合大律法,構(gòu)建基于自適應(yīng)閾值的網(wǎng)頁正文抽取算法。通過對“中華人民共和國人力資源和社會保障部”、“河南省人力資源和社會保障廳”和“新浪網(wǎng)”等網(wǎng)頁正文抽取對比實(shí)驗(yàn),正文提取率分別達(dá)到90%、92%、64%等,結(jié)果表明,可以為定向就業(yè)信息采集提供技術(shù)支持,實(shí)現(xiàn)就業(yè)信息的高效獲取。本文定位新型農(nóng)村社區(qū),通過“社區(qū)-雇主-用戶”模式進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用,可以為農(nóng)村地區(qū)提供專業(yè)的、精準(zhǔn)的、細(xì)分市場的就業(yè)信息服務(wù),有利于海量的農(nóng)村就業(yè)信息資源的組織、管理與共享,為廣大新農(nóng)村社區(qū)提供高效、優(yōu)質(zhì)、規(guī)范、透明的就業(yè)服務(wù),使不同層次的用戶可以便捷的獲取就業(yè)信息,改善就業(yè)信息服務(wù)的實(shí)際操作性和經(jīng)濟(jì)性,提高農(nóng)村社區(qū)居民的就業(yè)率和就業(yè)信息獲取能力,提升就業(yè)信息服務(wù)的效率和價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:This paper aims at improving the integration of community employment information, the convenience of obtaining information and the accuracy of information service for the employment market with new rural communities as the carrier. Take the community as the basic unit of information management service, realize information sharing among communities through information collaboration, design the system structure of employment information management system, and based on personalized technology, information capture and other technologies. The establishment of a new rural community oriented employment information management system for community residents, small and micro enterprises and new rural production organizations to provide convenient employment information services. The main contents include: 1) take the new rural community as the object, on the basis of the business logic analysis of employment information service, take the administrative community as the basic unit of information service, design the two-tier business logic structure. A two-level domain network model consisting of central domain and community domain is established, and a functional model composed of information query, information publishing, information push, information capture and so on is constructed. According to the resource type and employment information resource catalog model, the user role model is designed. According to this, the employment information management system architecture for the new rural community is formed. The employment information resource catalogue for the new rural community is designed, which is based on the core information of employment information service (such as employment information). Practical information, combining industry classification, occupation classification, administrative division, policy classification and so on, establishes the employment information resource catalog model, based on the data flow and data dictionary, establishes the employment information data relation model. Including the community, enterprise, employment, practical and human resources and other five types of information, data normative design. 3) based on user interest model of employment information personalized service, using vector space model. The characteristics of user interest and employment information are represented, and the user interest model is established by tracking the user behavior and updating dynamically with the method of gradual forgetting. Finally, the similarity between the feature vector of user interest and the feature vector of employment information is calculated and recommended. Through the experiment of personalized employment information recommendation service, the recall rate reaches 76.11%. The precision rate of 85.29 F- and the mean value reached 0.8, the results show that it can provide a technical means for convenient information acquisition. To realize the personalized push of employment information, we propose an adaptive threshold based text extraction algorithm, which combines the text extraction based on text density with the Great Law. The text extraction algorithm based on adaptive threshold is constructed through the "Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security of the people's Republic of China". "Henan Human Resources and Social Security Department" and "Sina.com" and other web page text extraction comparative experiment, the text extraction rate reached 90, 922%, the results show. It can provide technical support for the collection of targeted employment information and realize the efficient acquisition of employment information. This paper aims at the new rural community and applies it systematically through the mode of "community-employer-user". Can provide professional, accurate, subdivision of employment information services for rural areas, conducive to massive rural employment information resources organization, management and sharing, for the vast number of new rural communities to provide efficient, high-quality. Standardized, transparent employment services, so that users at different levels can easily obtain employment information, improve the actual operation and economy of employment information services. To improve the employment rate of rural community residents and the ability of obtaining employment information, and to improve the efficiency and value of employment information service.
