【摘要】:在石油化工行業(yè),上下游企業(yè)的聯(lián)合生產(chǎn)是供應(yīng)鏈優(yōu)化的主要途徑和重要手段。但由于石化企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)工藝過(guò)程復(fù)雜且設(shè)計(jì)相互獨(dú)立,企業(yè)間的協(xié)同生產(chǎn)往往僅存在于大型石化集團(tuán)統(tǒng)一設(shè)計(jì)、建造的煉化聯(lián)合生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)中。本文提出了適用于獨(dú)立運(yùn)營(yíng)的石化企業(yè)集成的前提條件和建模方法,以獨(dú)立生產(chǎn)的煉油廠和烯烴廠為研究對(duì)象,基于其生產(chǎn)物流計(jì)劃模型,建立統(tǒng)一的聯(lián)合生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃優(yōu)化模型。該集成優(yōu)化模型為混合整數(shù)線性規(guī)劃模型,以生產(chǎn)效益最大化作為優(yōu)化求解目標(biāo),并分析了市場(chǎng)需求平穩(wěn)、萎縮和旺盛3種不同的案例場(chǎng)景。實(shí)例計(jì)算表明,同獨(dú)立生產(chǎn)相比較,石化企業(yè)的集成優(yōu)化和聯(lián)合生產(chǎn)能夠降低物料存儲(chǔ)成本和總成本,節(jié)省優(yōu)化求解所需的計(jì)算資源,并促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的提升。
[Abstract]:In the petrochemical industry, the joint production of upstream and downstream enterprises is an important method and main way to optimize the supply chain. But because the production process of petrochemical complex and independent design, collaborative production often exists only in the large-scale petrochemical group unified design between enterprises, build a refinery co production system. This paper proposes petrochemical the enterprise applies to operate independently of the integration of conditions and modeling methods to the independent production of oil refinery and olefin plant as the research object, the model of production logistics plan based on production plan, the establishment of a joint optimization model of unity. The integrated optimization model for mixed integer linear programming model, with production efficiency maximization as the optimization goal, and the analysis of the market demand is stable, strong atrophy and 3 different case scenarios. Examples show that compared with the independent production, integrated optimization of petrochemical enterprises Chemical and combined production can reduce the cost of material storage and the total cost, save the computing resources needed to optimize the solution, and promote the improvement of economic efficiency.
