【摘要】：當(dāng)前,新型城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)已經(jīng)成為了近時(shí)期現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)的發(fā)展方向,是解決“三農(nóng)”問題、統(tǒng)籌城鄉(xiāng)發(fā)展的重要抓手。大洼縣為環(huán)渤海經(jīng)濟(jì)帶的節(jié)點(diǎn)縣,擁有豐富的自然資源和良好的產(chǎn)業(yè)條件,近年來城市化水平顯著提高。然而,很多突出問題也隨著新型城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)的發(fā)展而顯現(xiàn)。因此,立足于大洼縣新型城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)與發(fā)展的實(shí)際情況,有針對(duì)新地提出大洼縣新型城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展構(gòu)想,具有一定的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文以緒論開篇,首先介紹了介紹本文的選題背景、研究目的與意義、國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀、研究?jī)?nèi)容與方法；然后是相關(guān)概念與理論基礎(chǔ),主要就城鎮(zhèn)化與新型城鎮(zhèn)化的概念和基本內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行研究,并介紹了城市化發(fā)展理論、城市和區(qū)域發(fā)展理論、城鄉(xiāng)一體化理論和中國(guó)特色城鎮(zhèn)化道路等理論；再次是大洼縣新型城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀及優(yōu)劣勢(shì)分析,詳細(xì)介紹大洼縣的自然與社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展概況,并對(duì)大洼縣新型城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)的優(yōu)勢(shì)與劣勢(shì)進(jìn)行深入的分析,立足于大洼縣新型城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀,剖析存在的問題及原因；第四,通過對(duì)美國(guó)、德國(guó)、日本等國(guó)外和上海、浙江、江蘇等地(新型)城鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)的基本經(jīng)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行介紹,以期獲得有利于大洼縣新型城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展的啟示；第五,結(jié)合新型城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)的基本理論,立足與大洼縣新型城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)的實(shí)際情況，充分發(fā)揮優(yōu)勢(shì),規(guī)避劣勢(shì),借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展的有益經(jīng)驗(yàn)，，提出有利于大洼縣新型城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展建設(shè)的建議與舉措；最后,對(duì)全文進(jìn)行總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:At present, the construction of the new urbanization has become the development direction of the modernization of recent time, is to solve the "three rural issues", an important starting point for urban and rural development. For the nodes in Dawa County County Bohai Economic Zone, has rich natural resources and good industrial conditions in recent years, city level increased significantly. However, many problems also appeared with the development of new urbanization. Therefore, based on the actual situation in Dawa County of new town construction and development, the new proposed new towns in Dawa County development idea, has certain practical significance. This paper first introduced in the introduction, the thesis introduces the background, research the purpose and significance, research status, research contents and methods; and then the related concepts and theoretical basis, mainly on the concept of urbanization and new urbanization and the basic content. The city, and introduces the development of the theory, city and regional development theory, the theory of urban-rural integration and China characteristics of urbanization; again is the present situation of the construction of new towns in Dawa County and the analysis of advantages and disadvantages, natural details in Dawa County and the social and economic development situation, and the advantages and disadvantages of the new town in Dawa County the construction of in-depth analysis, based on the new town of Dawa County construction situation, analyzes the existing problems and the reasons; fourth, the United States, Germany, Japan and other countries and Shanghai, Zhejiang, Jiangsu and other places (new type) introduced the basic experience of urban construction, in order to get to the new town of Dawa County Development; fifth, combined with the basic theory of the construction of the new urbanization, based on the actual situation and the new town of Dawa County construction, give full play to the advantages, avoid disadvantages, learn from domestic and foreign cities The beneficial experience of development, put forward to the new town of Dawa County, suggestions and measures for the development of construction; finally, a summary of the full text.
