【摘要】：生態(tài)功能區(qū)是指對區(qū)域性生態(tài)具有主導性、關鍵性和正面作用的地域,對于城市和區(qū)域的生態(tài)安全至關重要。區(qū)域協(xié)同發(fā)展是"京津冀一體化"和"建設北京副中心"兩大戰(zhàn)略的主體思路,生態(tài)功能區(qū)的規(guī)劃建設需要跨越以原有的行政區(qū)劃為范圍的模式,向區(qū)域化聯(lián)動方向邁進。針對目前"京津冀一體化"和"建設北京城市副中心"兩大重要戰(zhàn)略,提出生態(tài)功能區(qū)的規(guī)劃和實施戰(zhàn)略要實行區(qū)域聯(lián)動,對風景園林專業(yè)進軍生態(tài)修復領域具有戰(zhàn)略與現(xiàn)實意義。
[Abstract]:The ecological functional area refers to the region which has the leading , key and positive effects on the regional ecological environment , which is vital to the ecological security of the city and the region . The regional cooperative development is the main idea of the two major strategies of Beijing - Tianjin - Hebei integration and the construction of the Beijing sub - center . The planning and construction of the ecological function area needs to cross the original administrative division into the regional linkage direction . In view of the present " Beijing - Tianjin - Hebei integration " and " construction of the Beijing - based urban sub - center " , this paper puts forward the planning and implementation strategy of the ecological function area to carry out regional linkage , which has strategic and practical significance to the field of landscape architecture professional advanced ecological restoration .
