【摘要】:倉儲管理已經(jīng)成為企業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)盈利和提高競爭力的一條重要途徑,越來越多的企業(yè)開始重視建設(shè)現(xiàn)代化倉儲管理系統(tǒng)。對于電力企業(yè),由于物資規(guī)模大,倉儲管理在企業(yè)中占據(jù)更加重要的地位。然而,目前我國電力企業(yè)的倉儲管理水平低下,大多數(shù)企業(yè)的倉儲管理缺少科學(xué)地指導(dǎo),沒有把現(xiàn)代倉儲管理的理論運(yùn)用起來,導(dǎo)致企業(yè)的倉儲管理混亂不堪、效率低下,運(yùn)營成本居高不下。構(gòu)建現(xiàn)代化的倉儲管理體系,降低企業(yè)成本,增強(qiáng)企業(yè)核心競爭力,已經(jīng)成為電力公司發(fā)展中亟待決絕的難題。本文以舟山電力公司為研究對象。首先,通過閱讀大量文獻(xiàn)了解現(xiàn)代化倉儲管理的新理念、新觀點(diǎn);其次,通過訪談法和觀察法全面了解舟山電力公司的倉儲管理現(xiàn)狀,發(fā)現(xiàn)其存在的突出問題;再次,結(jié)合管理理論和企業(yè)現(xiàn)狀分析總結(jié)出企業(yè)出現(xiàn)這些問題的主客觀原因;最后,提出舟山電力公司倉儲管理系統(tǒng)切實(shí)可行的優(yōu)化方案。根據(jù)本文的研究,舟山電力公司存在的主要問題在于公司目前整體的管理水平低下,資源得不到合理利用。產(chǎn)生這些問題的主要原因在于物資出入庫效率低下、倉儲設(shè)備落后、倉儲管理人員執(zhí)行力不足、物資布局不合理、物資編碼混亂等方面。對舟山電力公司倉儲方案的優(yōu)化也從上述五大方面逐一進(jìn)行改進(jìn)。最終,通過對倉儲優(yōu)化方案實(shí)施前后情況進(jìn)行對比,發(fā)現(xiàn)經(jīng)過優(yōu)化后倉儲工作的運(yùn)作效率、吞吐能力、空間利用率大大提高,而且優(yōu)化后倉儲管理人員的全責(zé)更加明確,工作效率也極大提高。本文的研究,不僅僅對舟山電力公司的倉儲系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化具有良好的指導(dǎo)作用,而且也可以為同類企業(yè)進(jìn)行倉儲系統(tǒng)改革提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:Warehousing management has become an important way for enterprises to achieve profitability and enhance competitiveness. More and more enterprises begin to attach importance to the construction of modern warehouse management system. For the power enterprises, because of the large scale of materials, storage management occupies a more important position in the enterprise. However, at present, the level of warehousing management of electric power enterprises in China is low. Most enterprises' warehousing management is lack of scientific guidance, without the application of modern warehouse management theory, resulting in the confusion of warehouse management, low efficiency and high operation cost. The construction of the modern warehouse management system, reduce the cost of enterprise, enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises, has become the urgent problems to refuse in the development of electric power company. This article takes Zhoushan electric power company as the research object. First, understand the new ideas, new ideas of modern warehouse management by reading a lot of literature; secondly, through interviews and observation to fully understand the current situation of Zhoushan electric power company's warehouse management, found the main problems; thirdly, combining management theory and enterprise current situation analysis summed up these problems of subjective and objective reasons; finally put forward the feasible scheme of optimization, the warehouse management system of Zhoushan electric power company. According to the research of this paper, the main problem of Zhoushan electric power company is that the management level of the company is low and the resources can not be used reasonably. The main reasons for these problems lie in the low efficiency of material entry and warehousing, backward storage facilities, insufficient executive capacity of warehouse managers, unreasonable material layout, and confusion of material coding. The optimization of the storage scheme of Zhoushan electric power company is also improved one by one from the above five aspects. Finally, by comparing the situation before and after the implementation of the warehouse optimization program, it is found that after optimization, the operation efficiency, throughput capacity and space utilization rate of warehouse operation are greatly improved, and the total responsibility of warehouse managers is more clear and the work efficiency is greatly improved after optimization. The research in this paper not only has a good guiding function for the storage system optimization of Zhoushan electric power company, but also provides reference for similar enterprises to carry out warehousing system reform.
