【摘要】:食品安全問題是當前社會各界備受關(guān)注的熱點問題之一,而高校食堂的食品安全問題更為重要,它關(guān)系到廣大學生的身體健康和生命安全,需要全社會的廣泛關(guān)注和重視。因此,對高校學生食堂食品安全問題進行研究,具有十分重要的現(xiàn)實意義。本文以高校學生食堂食品安全問題為研究對象,綜合了文獻研究、問卷調(diào)查、實證分析以及現(xiàn)實中所接觸到的資料。首先,提出了高校學生食堂存在的食品安全問題,在食品原材料采購、儲存、加工、銷售以及高校學生食堂管理現(xiàn)狀等方面做了詳細的敘述。其次,分析高校學生食堂食品安全問題產(chǎn)生的原因,在領(lǐng)導重視、管理體制、經(jīng)營模式以及影響學生食堂食品安全的校外因素等方面做了詳細的分析。最后,探究解決高校食品安全問題的對策,包括提高重視程度、完善管理體制、加強經(jīng)營管理及建立良好的市場秩序等方面,希望可以解決目前高校食堂所面臨的食品安全問題。高校應(yīng)高度重視食堂的食品安全工作,采取有效措施防止食品安全事件的發(fā)生,維護校園穩(wěn)定。
[Abstract]:Food safety is one of the hot topics in the current society. Food safety in University canteens is more important. It is related to the health and safety of students. It needs extensive attention and attention from the whole society. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the food safety of College Students' canteens. In this paper, the food safety problem of university student canteens is taken as the research object. The literature research, questionnaire survey, empirical analysis and data in reality are integrated. First of all, the food safety problems existing in college student canteens are put forward. The food raw material purchase, storage, processing, sales and the management status of university student canteens are described in detail. Secondly, it analyzes the causes of food safety problems in university student canteens, and makes a detailed analysis of leaders' attention, management system, business mode and extra school factors affecting food safety in student canteens. Finally, it explores the countermeasures to solve the food safety problems in universities, including improving the degree of attention, improving management system, strengthening management and establishing good market order, hoping to solve the current food safety problems in college canteens. Colleges and universities should attach great importance to the food safety work of the canteen, take effective measures to prevent the occurrence of food safety incidents and maintain the stability of the campus.
