【摘要】:隨著中國經(jīng)濟(jì)的迅速發(fā)展,建筑行業(yè)在這一過程中成為了中流砥柱之一。在快速發(fā)展的過程當(dāng)中,中國的經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)對勞動力的需求極大,而農(nóng)民工群體在這當(dāng)中起到了巨大作用。截至到2011年,建筑行業(yè)84%的勞動力人口來自農(nóng)民工群體。但是如何管理好農(nóng)民工隊伍逐漸成為了一個讓各工程項目管理者頭痛的問題。在諸多問題中,農(nóng)民工工作效率低下、缺乏專業(yè)技能以及個體流動性大成為了管理者們最關(guān)注的問題。不同于其他行業(yè)農(nóng)民工,建筑行業(yè)農(nóng)民工有著自身的特殊性。根據(jù)工程項目的需要,建筑行業(yè)農(nóng)民工通常以農(nóng)民工隊伍的形式工作、生活。因此深度挖掘農(nóng)民工隊伍內(nèi)部信息成為了解決問題的基礎(chǔ)之一。本文試圖尋找農(nóng)民工個體在農(nóng)民工隊伍整體網(wǎng)絡(luò)中的權(quán)力與其務(wù)工狀況的關(guān)系。為了達(dá)到這一研究目的,在背景分析以及文獻(xiàn)梳理的基礎(chǔ)上實地訪談了7位農(nóng)民工和6位農(nóng)民工隊伍負(fù)責(zé)人。在訪談后,對16只農(nóng)民工隊伍進(jìn)行了問卷調(diào)查,并收集到了14只隊伍的整體網(wǎng)絡(luò)數(shù)據(jù)以及關(guān)于農(nóng)民工個體的務(wù)工情況數(shù)據(jù),如:年齡、籍貫、工作態(tài)度、工作效率、流動性等。接著通過利用軟件Ucinet6.0度量了每個農(nóng)民工在他們各自整體網(wǎng)絡(luò)中的權(quán)力。權(quán)力通過農(nóng)民工在整體網(wǎng)絡(luò)中的度數(shù)中心性、中間中心性以及接近中心性來度量。通過相關(guān)分析以及非參數(shù)分析的實證檢驗結(jié)果可知,農(nóng)民工的年齡和權(quán)力呈現(xiàn)出負(fù)相關(guān)關(guān)系;工作效率和權(quán)力呈正相關(guān)關(guān)系。同時,不同類型的農(nóng)民工個體在整體網(wǎng)絡(luò)中的權(quán)力類型也不同。班組長以及非正式組織領(lǐng)導(dǎo)具有更強(qiáng)的度數(shù)中心性以及中間中心性。工作態(tài)度好和工作技能高的農(nóng)民工在網(wǎng)絡(luò)中的度數(shù)中心性、接近中心性以及中間中心性都更強(qiáng)。與農(nóng)民工隊伍負(fù)責(zé)人是同鄉(xiāng)的農(nóng)民工具有更強(qiáng)的度數(shù)中心性和接近中心性。在同一個隊伍中連續(xù)工作了兩年以上的農(nóng)民工具有更強(qiáng)的度數(shù)中心性。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy, the construction industry has become one of the mainstay in this process. In the process of rapid development, China's economic construction has a great demand for the labor force, and the migrant workers have played a great role in this process. By the end of 2011, 84% of the labor force of the construction industry came from the migrant workers. But how to manage a good team of migrant workers has gradually become a headache for all project managers. Among the many problems, the low efficiency of migrant workers, the lack of professional skills and the mobility of individuals have become the most important issues for the managers. Different from other industries, the migrant workers in the construction industry have their own particularity. According to the needs of the project, the migrant workers in the construction industry usually work and live in the form of the migrant workers. Therefore, the deep mining of the internal information of the migrant workers has become one of the foundations of understanding the problem. This paper tries to find out the relationship between the power of migrant workers and their work status in the whole network of migrant workers. On the basis of background analysis and literature review, 7 migrant workers and 6 workers in charge of migrant workers were interviewed on the basis of background analysis and literature review. After interview, 16 migrant workers were surveyed by questionnaires, and the data of 14 teams and data about migrant workers were collected, such as age, place of origin, work attitude, work efficiency and mobility. Then by using the software Ucinet6.0, the power of each migrant worker in their respective network is measured. Power is measured by the degree centrality, centrality and close to centrality of the migrant workers in the whole network. Through empirical analysis of correlation analysis and non parametric analysis, we can see that there is a negative correlation between the age and power of migrant workers, and the relationship between work efficiency and power is positively correlated. At the same time, different types of migrant workers have different power types in the whole network. The leader of the class group and the leaders of the informal organization have stronger centrality and centrality. The migrant workers with good working attitude and high working skills are more centrality, closer to centrality and central centrality in the network. The migrant workers who are in charge of the rural migrant workers have more centrality and close centrality. Migrant workers who have been working for more than two years in the same team have a stronger degree of centrality.
